Seems those who have most concerns can find time to allocate time lines and come up with a working document on how to Greet a Source or is this all wishful thinking.

The first step is to stop with the crazy talk, and instead of high-fiving someone for doing it, let them know it's not cool.
The questions are not hard. As long as they pertain to the lab. We should much rather labs get f*cked because of their answers or research than anything else. What people don't realize is members still buy from these labs when people talk sh*t. Why? Because they have no viable reason not to.

Um, where shall I start? I have tons of questions, but I'll start with a few. Each question deserves an answer.
1.) How long have you guys been brewing?
2.) Why come to Meso and who told you to come here?
3.) Do you have any reps?
4.) Do you have pics of brewing setup?
This includes filters, beakers, carrier oil, scales (with the dates, mesorx and your labs name). Also include rubber gloves & lab coats
5.) Pics of stock. Low stock items are a no no here.
6.) Are you using presealed vials.
7.) Have you gotten labmax, qualitative or quantitative testing done on your products.
8.) You sure you never sourced on any other steroid forums
These are just a few questions to start.

If you didnt take the time an lil amount of money to know what the purity an potency of your raws are then how in the fuck do you ever expect your current available products to match what your labels claim to 100% full dosage?????????

Think that is a good start. A decent lab should be able to provide 75/80% of that
Actually, the reason people buy from anyone has always mystified me. But that's a whole other discussion.

All those questions are great but with one huge problem. All it takes is a few people ordering or someone saying their stuff is good and all those questions are forgotten.
This happens almost every single time. I'd hate to guess how many labs have come and gone and are still here that haven't answered more than about 3 of those, and no one seems to care once they get the g2g.

One thing I've noticed however we have had a few rebranders trying to be deceptive and when they get mad they tend to slip up and that's when they make mistakes in their writing and language that tags them for who they are. So the serious questions are the most important questions the other stuff can have its place as well IMO.

That should be tye 1st post after a new labs intro is made every time. Gotta keep em honest tonthe best of our abilities. Within all those questions well get to see right off the bat what their all about. Those questions aren't made for rookie labs an it will seperate the good from the bad early on judging on how they answer each an everyone of those set landmines.
That where do you get your raws question shouldn't be in there. Anyone who told you that would be retarded and I would be less inclined to buy.
Also, pick out a top 5 and start there. All those questions makes it less likely they get answered. Hit em with 5 good ones and based on the answers, go from there.

This is not a source board. Your somewhat new/old source code of conduct will not work. Sources don' have to comply with any of these questions.
Example, people are "supposedly buying raws/steroids from this guy brewkit, who hasn't had anything tested, has serious security issues, and who now blatantly has stolen another sources name. But since his prices are cheap guys a buying from him...
Lastly if if a source complies to all your questions, is that source good to go....being that this isn' a source board.

I believe the harsh treatment in the beginning until the lab has proven itself serves a purpose. They either hold fast to their business man attitude showing steadiness and resilience or else they fall apart into a schizophrenic meltdown like my ex-girlfriends. And I, for one, don't want anyone like my ex-girlfriends taking my personal info and money.
A good mix I believe is the answer. Will some people go overboard? Sure. But in the end those guys going overboard shouldn't matter if the source is a true business man and really wants to do a good job here. Some good examples would be the 24k thread as well as the Sasquatch thread. Some examples of some bad ones would be the hammer threads, trinity, thebrewkit, and testjunkie.
As garish as it seems, the system does work even though it's not all about holding hands around the campfire singing kum-by-yah. The good sources make it and the bad ones continue getting pummeled until they leave.

Lol... you can't put an end to the phenomenon known as Darwinism. Haven't really heard of anyone dying from a fucked up lab's oils/orals... but the phenomenon itself, this is a prime example of. You CAN, with those questions, and some others that I could see maybe making the list too, as could many, would still be able to help someone. At least one person could be steered clear from winding up in the hospital with staph infection... don't dwell in the mindset that just because you can't save everyone, it means that you should just toss your hands up and say fuck it.
On a harm reduction board, saving even one person from poisoning is perfectly good enough... don't you think?
Oh and I'm not meaning to say you're in that mindset, I'm speaking in general. Sometimes the comments have a bit of a nihilistic tint to them regarding these topics... makes me itchy
