Beneath me to asking a question on the forum about the process of testing? Interesting way of thinking

always has says for me, sample received on the day they get the package and testing ordered on day it’s paid

I’m unaware it’s different for different customers.

I don't believe he visits the forum daily, I'd at least send an email chaser. Unfortunately I think the day may be over for them by now..

Yeah not trying to cause any arguments just curious. Like I said before next time I will pay the 100% rush fee when I want it back fast. It’s not worth it at this point anymore since they had it for a week now

I just said that it's ridiculous asking here on the forum, place he visits just few times a week, when they have an email and they could probably answer your question more directly and quicker.

Or send him a PM here it's quicker than tagging him on a post bevause he gets many tags everyday and it is easy to lose track of it.

Was checking ur lab tests then saw that dates and wondered about it.

And seen him active on forum liking and responding to questions past few days so figured I’d get a response here

You received @Venom Lab HGH and raws on the 13th and tested on the 14th and 15th respectively.

You received my raws and oils on the 9th and not tested yet

Mine was paid 27th December his paid 8th January

If he paid rush fee no problem I didn’t ask but are samples just thrown into a bin and tested whenever ?

as a fellow waiter, i second this sentiment. been wanting to do biz w you for a while and this whole ordeal is the exact reason why. im sure a majority of my fellow preorder waiters feel the same.

@janoshik Hire more employees if you can’t keep up. It’s obvious you’re way behind, it’s all over the forums.

It may be less of an employee issue and more of a hardware issue. Idk how easy it is for him to just up and order more equipment. Either way, many other folks are branching out to other testing facilities. It was inevitable. Didn’t seem like there was ever any attempt to scale the business. If you look at the history of other huge monopolies like the tech companies they’re constantly innovating and re investing into shit that makes them even more dominant. Not just sitting on their ass patting themselves on the back for being the only show in town. The biggest barrier to entry into this game is a friendly government that will allow free transport of these compounds in and out. Any undergraduate chemist with a lab can perform this same job.
