I wish I could do 3ml on the quad. Got over the virgin muscle phase of pinning them last year. First couple months sucked but i managed to push through

You’ll get there brother, I have been pining my quads for over 20 years now. It is a great spot for self administered IM. You can sit down, relax your leg, it’s right in front of you and after repeated use they will take a lot of oil no problem. I use the outer vastus lateralis about mid thigh.

Last night down town right when I got out of my car a kid walks up to me and says he loves my car, and that he was selling candy bars $5 each, to raise money for his football team. Said he needed $40 more then he would be at his goal and could go home for the night, so I gave him $300 he thanked me called me sir and shook my hand, then he went over to someone else and did the same thing.

90% of the time I end up feeling lied to. Still feels good, though. And I’m glad the kid got more donations after mine
