@sp5der I have one theory but it's just speculation tho. Could it be that your brewing results have got worse after you swapped to using volumetric flask vs what you were using before? I mean take this statement with a grain of salt, is not like you are brewing shit overdosed or underdosed by 20% but before you were always spot on, and you were still using the same lab to test your products. So two are the option: the lab got worse at testing your samples or there is some variables in your brewing that changed or maybe both can be true as well.

Take this comment/question in the most positive way please as I'm not here to attack you in anyway, just trying to get my head around all these odd test results we are seeing coming out lately.

best way is just to use my calculator and just go off weight to ease your mind on big amounts and autopilot on numbers

but 20% variance is crazy.

If batch size (eg 1000ml) and output of 10ml vials match up (100) then its got to be a raw material and or testing issue?

Yes they should be mixed.
Teating a 30mg sample out of a kilo is..not representative statistically.

They are only using ~30-40mg of what you send, and if it has split/separated, it would make sense that the result will vary. Maybe we shouldn't get obsessed over variance in low purity raws then, unless you ask them to mix it somehow and get a homogenous sample.

We do homogenize the samples before the testing, but do you think the client homogenized the source material before sampling?

Maybe. But the one with deca at the time always had good stuff. Before and even after that.

I have no issues, I haven't ordered from you I was just curious if you knew why that happened and by the looks of it there's a lot of other people that are having problems also , maybe it's time to try a different lab to test raws etc? Seems like the " gold standard" for testing has been having more than one mishap.

I agree, not that I have any real knowledge in this area but the testing with raws lately feels inconsistent like something is amiss.
