Want to take a semen sample for my girl to evaluate for sperm count at home. She knows how to evaluate sperm motility/mobility but we need guidance on the steps to evaluate sperm count... we know that we need diluent, a certain amount of sperm to dilute and a slide with a grid...
What is the diluent and where to get?
How much ejaculate to dilute?
What kind of grid slide do we need for the microscope and where to get?
