Spring 2018 - Test and Tbol

It's really quite simple. I weigh myself on the same beam scale at the same gym wearing the same underwear. And Bodyweight unfortunately was the only metric I cared taking the time to track this particular cycle as I have a life. I was too busy actually working out, designing my training programs, meal prepping, and having kick ass workouts like every day. Go keep counting your calories and macros like some gay ass bodybuilder who wants to prance around and take selfies in his speedo and spray tan. get the eff off my cycle log and unwatch this thread beeeotch.

Its more so the timeline and the fact the Test c doesn’t really kick in until week 4-5 and the diet you posted is weak as fuck for someone to gain 17lbs in six weeks. Why can’t you just post fucking cals and macros like a normal person, instead 1.5 x as follows. Wtf is that shit?? You said you use fitness pal so it should be pretty simple. I wish you the best with your gains that are between 180lb and 203lbs and I hope you reach that goal of 10%- 20% BF! o_O

At what point did you decide to type this shit, in order to gain nothing at all? You're not helping the OP, any members and you're certainly not helping yourself. This may very temporarily satiate the ego, but this is not the direction you should be looking to go with your posting. Be better than this in someone's log, man.

OP- I don't care about your weight or stats, how does the mirror look now? I bet you look a lot better. Keep those progress pics going, even if only you see them. It's a great way to track things, especially if a particular weight isn't the goal (as it shouldn't be unless you compete).
 
Yeah I pretty much at 198 look like a larger version of myself at 185. And unfortunately, while I do take a progress pic to go with every weigh in and just log it, it's a simple stand in the front of the mirror shirtless selfie. So it's completely one dimensional, only waist up (I carry a lot of weight in legs and posterior chain), and nearly impossible to tell scale or proportions in pics. So in the end, I stack the before after next to each other and I'm like where'd that 15lbs go to because I look the same. Sure, I probably lost some ab definition but I'm not worried about that. I can get that back pretty quick when I drop water weight later on.

A good nutritionists or personal trainer will always tell you to take measurements for this very reason of what I said above about a one dimensional waist up shirtless selfie can't tell much.

Good. It's important to know when to "stop", and begin either a fat loss phase or to cruise. I'd say once your ab definition diminishes to maybe 4 visible abs, it's time to stop the "gaining" phase. But, that's a very broad stroke idea.

I'm just waiting to crush it that last 3-4 weeks of this cycle with Keto. I am not one of those hardcore keto diet people that thinks the Keto diet is the answer to world peace, but I will say for my body type it gets results very fast. Water sheds right off me and everything gets tone and tight. My only concern is the keto + Tbol combination because both are known for cramps. I didn't cramp too bad on Keto before but I had some middle of the night calf cramps that weren't too much fun. And I heard Tbol is known for this. So I'm slightly concerned about both at same time.

I’m not sure if my initial comment warranted be insulted? It was a tad sarcastic but at that point I was honestly interested in how he gained 17lbs in six weeks. I wanted to know how he did it? What his cals and macros were and what program he was using. But there were no answers to question because this dude is completely full of shit.

And my dumbass may end up getting an extra shot or two extending my cycle a week not on purpose. You know how Cyp comes in 200mg/ml. So i went thru the whole first vial measuring to the second little line past 1cc not realizing that was rhe 2/10 mark not 1/4 mark. So trchnically the first 4 weeks i was on roughly 480/week. So the second vial i was trying to draw it somewhere between the 2/10 and 3/10 marker past 1cc for 1.25 and i’m nearing the emd of the sexond vial and looks like i am still way behind. I think i’m just gonna start pulling to the 3/10 marker and pin straight 1.3333333cc twice a week thru my third vial. Lol

Actually the 3/10 cc line wpuld make it a 1.3 cc shot not 1.333. So bu my math if I finish my last 4 weeks at that for 200mg/ml it would up me to 530mg/week for my last 4 weeks. I think that should be fine since i’m not having an estro sides now. I’m gonna take the tbol up to 60mg ed for nice finiaher.
 
Alright I did some pics. Sorry for the crap photography. I'm not a bodybuilder and honestly don't practice flexing in mirror or anything. These are completely one dimensional (front view) and waist up pics. So really pretty shitty for comparison purposes. The start pic was my 183lbs on 3/7 and the Mid pic is me at 199 4/26. And those are legit weigh ins on the same beam scale at the same gym wearing the same underwear. I carry a ton of weight in my legs and posterior chain since the foundation of most of my workouts are squats, lunges, RDL's, pullups, rows (I literally had to find my pleated dress pants and start wearing those to work because I was splitting my other ones in the quad/glute and didn't want to ruin them). So if that one hater still trying to troll my cycle thread and call BS he can fuck off....

To me, it looks like my abdominal fat is really about the same. I also bench and OH press but those are usually not the base of a workout but rather ancillary add ons. And then obviously core and abs but not for aesthetics but to keep my back healthy and injury free mostly.

Trying to decide how I want to handle the last 6 weeks of this cycle....

I'm 7 weeks in as of this post. and I have 6 weeks left on my Testosterone 500mg/week (this includes my Test Prop at the end to maximize my out into PCT). Started the Tbol at 40mg ed 6 days ago.

First thing I'm trying to decide is diet (i.e. bulk, shred, maintenance):
Should I split my last 6 weeks evenly between bulking and shredding diet? In other words, keep bulking for 3 more weeks and then Keto shred last 3 weeks? Or just shred last two weeks? Or not shred at all or some intermittent diet? Or just cut to a maintenance diet? I can still see visible abs even at 199. As a matter of fact, my abdominal fat seems to be exactly the same at 199 as 183 tbh. I'm not a bodybuilder so really didn't have aesthetic goals going into this. If I had to articulate an "aesthetic" goal, it's really just to still look like the guy who can body slam someone and ground and pound his ass.

Second thing I'm trying to decide is tbol dosage:
Tbol Dosage? started this week at 40mg. Never done orals before and I seem to be tolerating it fine. Should I just go to 60mg/day or keep at 40mg or what?

Tbol test kit results came back positive for Tbol. I upped my Tbol dosage to 60mg. Struggling to push my bodyweight past 200lbs. I cut back just a little on the food intake because I was tired of being bloated and crapping all day long. As such, I just been kinda hanging steady for a couple weeks in the 198-200 bw range. I also have not been exactly doing bulking workouts (bodypart splits with 5-8 reps, etc.). All my workouts I generally full body, have conditioning components to them, etc.

I still think I"m gaining strength which is really more important to me than gaining mass. It's just hard for me to measure because due to degenerative disc in low back I really cut out all the lifts that I would normally track and measure progress week to week in the past (i.e. Back squat, deadlift, OH Barbell press). been doing Bulgarian split squats (back leg up) or landmine presses, etc. that I'm increasing loads every week but not as easy tracking as squatted 315x5 last week squatted 335x5 this week. Barbell lifts are always the best for progress tracking.

At any rate, I'm going to try to push myself and consume more calories and get that BW up to 205 these last couple weeks on cycle. I know as soon as I come off cycle I'll drop about 5lbs (or at least that has been previous experience).
 
This is Week 9 at 203lbs. Pretty much every week of this cycle I look just like this except maybe a bigger version as I've been a pretty steady 2lb a week gains. When It is all said and done I think the steroids probably gave me 10lbs because I could have done everything I am doing right now naturally and I would have came out to about 195 instead of 205 because 195 is where my normal walking around weight has been most of my life.

Weight really started to jump up on me week 9 going into week 10. I had one weigh in hovering at 207-208. That's about as much as I can take so I switched to strict Keto diet this week. I'm not planning to go into a calorie deficit but but just straight up Keto should start shedding off some water weight. Last time I went strict keto I didn't really do a calorie deficient diet and just shedded off about 10lbs of water. That's kind of the plan here my last 2-2.5 weeks on cycle and I would think that will make my transition off cycle smoother as I wont' immediately come off and just shed a bunch of water retention.
