Sorry I didn't mean to upset you bro. I was just curious if they sent tracking because sometimes sources will say "it's on the way" and not send tracking...that's all I was curious about. I'll go kill myself now for bothering you

With all the shenanigans with GAs trackings that go no where and have to be “reshipped” in order to get an initial shipment and the last minute qsc exit where tons of folks were left without their products I don’t blame anyone for staying on top of these sources to make sure they are actually shipping the products they collected money for.

Three orders with Sry and am now experiencing first hiccup in service. Ordered and paid few days ago only to find out today what I ordered is not in stock even though I already paid for it. They say they will arrange delivery from another warehouse now whatever that means no tracking provided yet will update with outcome. I’m expecting this package to be further delayed as a result of sales rep not knowing what they have in warehouse.

Yea small discrepancy with my order I got some oils from CN and added some TR15 also. Woke up this morning at 4am to find out that my package had not been shipped after 48 hours and the TR15 out of stock in CN warehouse. Sry-Kerry on discord was able to fix the situation for me and arranged a shipment of the peptide fromUS warehouse also sent me my tracking for my original aas order from CN. I may have overreacted a bit in hindsight but am greatful for Sry sales agent Sry-Kerry very pleasent to work with me and come up with a solution. She also offered a full refund which I refused. Very easy to deal with and they offer solutions and don’t just leave stuff in the air.

Isn’t that the job of the sales rep to make sure what their customer is ordering is actually in stock before accepting payment? Not two days later like in my case.

What I mean is that before you pay, ask the sales representative and the warehouse to verify whether there is enough product you need.

It's the responsibility of the company to verify for the purchaser when they take the order that things are in stock. Then and only then should the rep take the payment. Do you think the customer can see your inventory lists lol ??

Here's a template for your staff to help your business

Customer: I'd like to order product R and P
Rep: okay let me check inventory
Customer: okay
Rep: product R and P confirmed, please send payment

Ordering and payment occur at the same time. Sometimes within minutes of each other. If I order now, and pay 5 minutes later do I need to ask whether my items are still in stock?

Ordered here some oils and tabs, competitive pricing. I received my items before I even received the tracking. Ordered and paid in March 1, received the item in March 6. All items were identifiable and were labeled with the product code. If they get competitive pricing for peptides compared to SSA, might switch here.

I have e an order with these guys.. the service has been good so far but I have certainly not gotten my shit in 5 days.... Ngl i was surprised too, was faster than my SSA peptide orders
I’m not in Europe nor in the US continent (I’m from the SEA area, mate) so I have no issues regarding border or customs control unless I am ordering a container of oils and tabs lmao. This is the same speed I got my HYB products too, btw
