It may, but I already sent it to them when they directly asked for it prior, so I’m not sure why they’d ask again 4 emails later and NOT mention transaction ID (they specified initially). I emailed for clarification and will update y’all

It will be funny if that's the case, but they might look at this thread now and think 'ah yes, we'll tell them that's what we meant!' - an out either way.
that said, it could have been some sort of language barrier? or at least i hope so
whenever I include the transaction ID, I always provide the blockhain explorer link below it as a backup too so they can't fuck up a copy and paste.

You have to go to either discord or Telegram channel and contact a rep for the latest pricelist (it is also here do promos get announced, for either international warehouse or US warehouse)

Regarding transportation, freight companies are more professional than us and know better how to operate for smooth customs clearance. Now only Mexico and Taiwan need ID. Other countries do not need it.

Just updating with some information. An SRY rep has informed me all oils contain 5% EO/ethyl oleate for those whose CRP goes up when injecting this solvent. Previously I think someone from SRY said they only use BB, but this doesnt seem to be the case.
EDIT: just to be clear, not everyone experiences inflammation from EO. It is not the devil. But for many it is inflammatory.
Please be 100% clear to your consumers what goes into your oils, so they can do their own research and make informed decisions. This will breed trust in you as a company also.
