- Partial orders are shipped from our **US overseas warehouse** to ensure fast delivery.For orders that are out of stock in overseas warehouses, we will ship from our Chinese warehouse.

3. **Delivery Time**:
- Within the US: **3-5 business days**.

1. **Return and Replacement Policy**:
- If you receive a product with quality issues(Missing vial, lyophilized powder missing, not dissolved, turbid), please contact your sales representative within **7 days** of receipt and provide photos or videos as evidence.
- We will arrange a **free return or replacement** after verification.

2. **Shipping Issues**:
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact your sales representative immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the logistics provider Or free reissue.

3. **Free Testing Policy**:
- For promotional products: We offer two free testing opportunities, and anyone can become a volunteer. If you want to be a volunteer, please contact me when you get the package, and I will announce your volunteer role and the products to be tested in the volunteer channel. You need to send the sample to JAN and publish the tracking number in the volunteer channel. When you get the test report, please publish the result directly in the volunteer channel. I will reimburse you for the shipping and testing costs.
- For non-promotional products, we do not provide free testing services. However we will still be responsible for products that fail the test (Refund or Replacement).

Have you used their DNP yet? That seems to vary quite a lot
Yeah I'm on day 3 today. The lightest one was the sacrifice. I took the highest one from tub 1 on day 1 (.385), so it had no build up going into it, and then lighter caps from the mid-range of .340 for day 2 and 3. I'm just starting to feel some extra warmth now so I suspect they are dosed at least reasonably (certainly more than those ones measured at 2mg, lol). The weight difference may be variations in filler also.

Sent in Halotestin 10 and oxandrolone 50 with 1 variance.. maybe @Senria will credit me for the testing.. Other than that it was pretty smooth with these guys.. My rep Kerry J was cool always sent me cool emoji. I got some raws, tabs and oils. Kerry sent me a picture of the raws on the scale and also the whole order being packaged which made no error for receiving an incomplete order..
Iam a little disappointed in the attention the admin gives the meso forum. Anyway we shall see. It looks like things are headed in the right direction as far as opening up so everyone's optio s will be plentiful again before long!!

This was the list of raws I got from rep a couple weeks ago that were available. I use Cassie for any sales needs. I personally have tried all the reps. She seems to be the best one so far out of all of them for anything oil/tabs/raws related or just in general. Alan is the one to go to for any technical questions. Response is slow from him though. I am assuming the weights were copy paste from what they had in stock at that time.

I was hoping that the filler was the reason for the differences in weight but we'll never know until it actually gets variance tested. Anyways, I'm glad to hear you feel something because I've yet to notice much myself. I'm also on day three and yesterday I took three capsules split up throughout the day as I try to figure out my tolerance. I actually felt cold in my tank top after two capsules so I decided to try a third and still felt fine. So either I have a ridiculous tolerance or something fishy is going on with these. I'm just hoping they aren't going to test like HYB capsules at 2mg :eek:.
