Stacks to compete?

yes its me, im at 160 5'8. I eat 140-165g of protein daily staying in a calorie deficit since im trying to cut a little right now while not loosing muscle. I work out monday-friday chest tri, pull, legs, chest shoulders, pull
If you only measure protein you’re not doing enough. Maybe consider a full diet protocol before steroids.
Also not to beat a dead horse but you have a long time you can still progress naturally and make good progress in the sport, as well as finish developing your endocrine system. It may be wiser to wait and make the decision to commit to body building as an adult and keep the options of having a family etc open…
You can really lose a lot for this sport if you don’t exercise real caution.

you obviously have alot of room to grow still, not only in the gym but also your height and probably mature in other places too. some guys grow well into their 20's do you wanna throw that away for big muscles you gonna get later using steroids anyway?

I know it's not what you want to hear but I'd wait until mid - to late 20's before taking the plunge. Take advantage of your natural high test levels and perfect your diet and training.

haha chill bro, im just saying since I've been working 4 years naturally and for the last six months I haven't seen much progress regardless how much I eat or sleep or workout. I don't want to work out 5 more years naturally to achieve what I can in 6 months enhanced! maybe its an amateur mindset try to bear with me.
Don’t say try to bear with me, try listening. You’re TINY !!!

4 years training lol

You need to eat more and train harder.

Why in the world would you want to cut, and be in caloric deficit if you are trying to gain mass and get big? At your age and goals, worrying about seeing your abs is the last thing I would be concerned with. Stay away from junk and empty calories, sugar; but eat anything and everything else! Definitely work on that before just jumping on gear. Good luck with things bud. You have been given some good advice from some solid, experienced members. Hope you take the advice.
