So what I will say is at 18, now is the time to research for the future while you continue to gain an understanding of how you’re body responds to training and diet.
Seems like since joining, each day another teenager posts about wanting to hop on gear. I understand because you’re a teenager and still finding a place in the world and think pursuing this will somehow change your life for the positive.
Listen, as I said to a kid the other day, focus on how to get jacked as a natural, get laid, find out what you want to do for a job the rest of your life. These things should be your priority.
Bodybuilding isn’t going to run away from you. You’re young, take advantage of it the right way. Wondering what you’re going to pin for a cycle can come much later.
This isn’t a “do as I say, not as I do” type of thing. I started training at 15 and gained 13 years of training/nutrition knowledge before I stepped on the gas two years ago. I’m glad I listened to my buddy who worked at the gym with me in HS — he was in his early twenty’s and a decent open bodybuilder. I told him I wanted to hop on gear and he told me I was retarded (which I was) and gave me the same advice I’m giving you. Best thing I ever did was take it.
Now I wouldn’t mind, and I bet others wouldn’t as well, but give us an overview of training, diet, and supplementation and you will get feedback.
