Do you inject b12 every day?Just got my stuff from Stan and packaging and quality is top notch. His B12 is helping me a lot with the fatigue I get from Tirzepatide. I will post lab results in a month or two to show how quality his stuff is.

Was that MCT or GSO?500mgs of Stan’s TestE weekly. 250mgs pinned Mon/thurs…bloods drawn 36hrs after last pin. Probably going to drop dose…I don’t see a need to have test levels this high, but as always Stan has a quality product

the last time i ran labs I was on 1000 mgs of test with a total T of 4200 and free T was 1600 so those results are good compared. I would also like to know as wellWhat are you typically shooting for on your total T?
I see. I agree, I keep with the lower dosages as well since I don’t really see much difference outside of water retention and acne at 500+. I see great results at 300/wk. been a while since I’ve tested my total T tho, gotta get on that.Not sure to be honest. I usually run test around 250 to 300mgs and I’ll usually pull mid 2000s, so I decided to bump the test up alittle bit to see if I notice any difference and I really don’t see much of a difference. So it’s either I up it or just drop back to what I usually run (test wise) @Clappincheeks @Chmewy

Maybe talk to a doctor about it?I am dealing with a chest issue. My chest popped while benching over the summer and just keep injuring it. I take time off and haven’t touched “heavy” weights in weeks/months. 315 is the heaviest I have gone. Would anyone recommend soemthing to help heal this? The pain is from my shoulder through top of pec. Not a tear. But an issue is there.
