Please provide the details for this claim. I'm logged into Meso as much as any other member and have zero recollection of this happening.
Only thing I can think of are "allegations" made by Giant Zeus on the last page or two of that thread. There was never proof or an email or anything posted that I can recall. If I remember @CdnGuy was riding his ass and it was a defense tactic by Giant zeus IMO.

I really don’t care to wast any more time digging up dirt on this guy. He’s not worth it.
Honestly, I’m surprised most don’t reacall as mush attention as this prick demands.
Nevertheless, I will try and search back and see if I can find where I saw it. I believe it right around the time TSL departed.

That may very well have been be the case..if that’s a fact I stand corrected.
 
You gym only uses fake weights? Just basing this off the brad castleburry hex fake weights..

Guess I need to switch to fake weights and get me some lats like these[emoji23]

That is exactly what I did. I couldn't get results at all until I switched to fake weights, and then, boom, muscle. I'm never going back to those heavy, annoying, real weights again!
 
Yeah, the other thing I started doing was walking around the gym and randomly stopping to do sets of pushups. I once read a book by a vegan powerlifter who said that bench press was an ineffctive chest exercise, so I figured random pushups throughout the gym would provide better chest development. Sitting at 50" right now, and with a couple more months of pushups, I'm hoping to be at 52 or 54.

I've been trying to put together my next blast and always like to switch things up training wise. I've been looking into doing random pushups,squats,pull ups all throughout the day. My new job allows this. Hell I could strap a bar and plates on my work truck and do random sets of deadlifts if I wanted too. Any advice on a workout routine based around this volume of training?
