Stang4u2nv About damn time

Here we go! my fellow meso brothers, can't say enough how much i have waited for this moment. I will be logging this cycle from start to finish to the best of my ability as i am always very busy either at work or at home with two little girls. This cycle for me will be more of a recomp type cycle. Not a full cut even though it may seem that way at first. It will all be managed via diet to achieve desired physique. As most of you know i am a registered nurse and have a good established knowledge base and pinning except for the tren A which we all know comes from UGL so if its bunk we will soon see. this cycle will run from january 1st to end of march and i will post progress pics before during and after.

Cycle log includes full blood work pre, during and Post PCT. All of my gear is pharma grade, again except for the tren A.



Cycle consists of:
-Test cyp 200mg a week x 12 weeks. Cuban "imported amps"
-Prime labs and titan labs Tren Acetate 50mg a day for a total of 350mg a week x 11 weeks.
- Prime labs winstrol 50mg a day weeks 8-12.
-script pharma grade HCG 250iu's x 2 week, weeks 2-12
-script pharma grade Nolvadex 40mg. 40mg week one and 2, then 20mg last two weeks.
-script pharma grade arimidex on hand. will not dose unless bloods come back high on estradiol or slight gyno symptoms.
-Script pharma grade Pramipexole. first dosed @0.125mg a day then slowly increasing to achieve 0.5mg. I have never taken this med so will see how i tolerate it and if i ever need it. Peace of mind thats all.

I will be supplementing with Fish oil 3000mg a day, n2guard for liver support and about 2 gals of water a day, Multi vitamins.
Diet consists of 250g Protein, 100g carbs and 200g of good fats only.
I am aiming for this low cal diet the first 4 weeks to see at what rate i can build some quality muscle and shed the fatz. If it's too fast then i'll increase the proteins followed by fats. Carbs will stay low through out with only a cheat meal a week or every 2 weeks depending on physique. Cardio will stay low at 15-20 mins a session or as tolerated due to the tren A. I train very fast paced with major sweating natty so my base training heart rate is around 120bpm and resting around 58-62 bpm. Blood pressure and Lipids will be monitored and have lipitor and have carvedilol or cardizem on hand in case the HR increases dangerously while not working out.

Lipitor will be used prior to week 8 or at week 7 as i introduce winstrol to the cycle and run it for the duration of the winstrol administration.

First time touching tren A so wish me luck.
Today i have front loaded test 200mg to my right thigh just so i have some flowing in as i introduce the tren next week and hpta shutdown begins. basically putting the bucket in place before the roof starts leaking. I will start HCG th first week of january or into the second week depending on how my testes look and feel.

I will be drawing the test with 19G filter needles and pinning with 22g 1" needles. It may seems a tad big on the 22g but it feels very good going in with no pain and zero PIP today.

Routine: I don't really have a set schedule on body parts because i feel like training what your mind feels like training will yield a better workout. No repeated body parts for the same week so no biceps twice a week. Usually goes like this.
mon-chest
tue-back
wed- bis-tri
thur-off
fri- legs, calves
sat- should, abs
Sun-off boating.

Current stats. 27yo, 220.6lbs, 5'10". Don't really know my BF % but i am guestimating at 16-17% you guys can tell me what you think as you might have a better idea.

Lifts: Don't really care about what my ego wants. my goal is to train safe and injury free while obtaining my physique so i won't be striving for that, been there done that 315lbs for 5 reps and 345lbs for max and wont do that again. Focusing on arnolds guide, moderate reps 8-12 and supersets heaviest to lightest until failure for skin tearing pumps.

A little history about me.
No training whatsoever until 2009 my brother forced me into the gym and from then on it has been an amazing ride. started very unfit at 215lbs. ^ months later i was 170lbs. looking nice and fit. then hated feeling small (irony). started to gain slowly to about 195-200lbs natty. did my first cycle @ 205lbs and went to 230lbs test E 500a week for 10 weeks. then was hooked forever till now. It's been about 4 years since my last cycle and here we are. Enjoy the pics and critique the cycle please i am by no means an expert. Lets fucking do it!!!!.

I will try to find a pre lifting photo of me so you can compare. in february 2014 we found out we were pregnant with our second baby and my wife had to go on total bedrest for her whole pregnancy and so i had to pick up the lost income so started working 5-6 days a weeks 14 hour days. That meant i couldn't lift anymore until about 2 months ago that i got back on the horse and feels like home. So i am in the process of training very hard and trying to regain some strength before i started cycling and i have managed to do that for the most part.
So here we are on now. Lets begin. guys hope it wasn't too long just wanted to be detailed.

Hey Man, looks like a well put together plan. I only say this, because I am a bit "husky" as well. You might want to consider getting a BodPod scan. I did one a few weeks ago and have scheduled them monthly. Only like $59. I thought I was in the bodyfat range you said, and was actually a few points higher. Might be a good way to make sure you are losing fat and gaining muscle and help you to get your diet dialed in. I am actually bulking now, but want to keep BF under 20% so I can knock of 7 or 8% w/ a cut cycle in spring. Think it will really help me to keep my diet dead on. Just an idea. Good luck. Hopefully this tren will let me do some cardio and trim. I go by mirror and how im feeling. i will update with weekly pics to show improvements and tweaks. Thanks for looking out @BigDave

Sounds good man. Interested to see your results. Have a similar cycle planned out to start mid April. Sure you are gonna be a beast by the end of it if you stick to your plan. Good luck
 
Good stuff I'll be following. I ran tren at 50mg a day as well and shredded of a good amount of fat. The strength difference is amazing too. Good luck!
 
Thanks a lot brother. Just pinned 50mg on left delt and 200test cyp. A little bit of pip but nothing crazy on the delt. The test i pinned on my left and right quads. Easy peazy no problems. Will report back on any sides. Stay tuned.
 
Ok just pinned another 50mg of tren ace on right quad. May have hit a nerve because my quad jerked a bit. Overall painless and like butter then went and hit chest. I was sweating like a pig for sure and short of breath most of the time but felt great focus and just wanted to crush the iron. It was great then hit the eliptical for 15mins. Definitely feeling hotter and my hr has increased, i can feel it pounding in my throat.
 
I have a feeling i won't be able to do much a bit later on but i want to force myself to try and geat as lean as i can without sacrificing muscle. Yesterdays workout was fucking amazing i was running through the gym like crazy. Definitely more stamina and strength not i higher weights but i feel i could push a bit more reps on same weights. Today is back day but my gym closes early so i'll try to hit another 24hr gym around here to get my workout in. Tomorrow is off day and im going fishing on my boat with some buddies. Should be fun.
 
So since i am at work i have spent the najority of the morning hooked up to a cardiac portable monitor just to see what my heart is doing since its beating like a racehorse on coke, but so far so good nice and steady normal sinus rythm at around 70~80bpm. Bp checked in at 133/66. Both values are high for me but its expected with the tren. Im usually brady(slow beats) 57-64bpm so its ok. Bp is also a few point higher since i am around 110's normally. Thats it just wanted to update you guys.

Question. Are you splitting up 200mills and going in different spots? If so why? Thats only a small amount. If I misread your post sorry bro.
 
If you can do cardio first thing in the morning on empty stomach, to burn fat and save muscle:

speed - 2.4
incline - 14
time - 20 min
3-4 times a week

My amps are loaded at 100mg in 2ml's so got no choice but pin twice otherwise it would be 4ml's into one muscle and i dont think is safe. Its a bit of a pain but i know the test is legit.

the ml about is a myth that got started. my Pharma grade Deca came in redi-ject syringes 5ml with a 18 gauge 2" harpoon on them. redi-ject are prefilled glass syringes with the needle built into the syringe. this is how I know the 3ml per injection is total bull shit. I've gone way past 5ml just to prove the whole myth wrong. you do what you want. just don't believe anything over 3ml is unsafe.

This is probably true i dunno, but when i start getting close to 3ml pip the next day is sometimes a motherfucker. Btw what is this myth? I just try to judge by muscle size and pip no real science.
 
you said "unsafe". I was 132 lbs when I started Deca redi-ject. I hear "not safe" or muscles can't take more than 3ml. that same saying over and over as if it true. when I know from experience it is not true. not busting your ball, just correcting you with the truth. :)
 
Will do thanks brother. @HuckingFuge, no point in going past 3 mls. Just because nothing happened to you doesnt mean its safe. Btw the pain or discomfort not pain afterwards is worse than pinning again somehere else in my opinion. I dont hate needles so it doesnt bother me to pin again but people are different. Its working out for me so i'll stick to it. Stay safe
