Little update: worked my 24hr shift on friday and just did 20min of csrdio while at work due to being so busy. Came home Saturday on only a few hours sleep and crushed arms with the wife. I usually save arms for weekends or days I'm tired so I don't have to think hard about big compound movements.

Today I woke up with a bit of a cold but hopefully some DayQuil and mega dose some vitamin c will kill it. May rest today not sure yet.

I'll weigh myself and get some new pics up, everything else is still good. Masteron is starting to show its self for sure, I'm usually pretty vascular but I look Pumped 24/7, loving it! Feel awesome too!
 
Sorry for the absence I came down with a 2 day flu and didn't train but kept meals on point and then I had to work a 48hr shift at work. Still feeling great and muscle fullness is great. Here's a pic from this morning, unsure my weight but I'm feeling my still around 225-227

About to hit some legs soon!

Legs was absolutely brutal today. Copied a john meadows/Evan centaponi video they posted on legs and it was so different from how I normally train that it crippled me. Had to grab a few things at the grocery store and I almost fell over picking up a basket and an elderly woman asked if I was ok lol. Successful leg day.

Rest of the days meals were

post workout shake 40g whey ISO 30g carbs

8oz chicken, more asparagus and 1 cup jasmine rice

Whey ISO shake before dinner

Dinner was 10oz mahi with mango avocado salsa the wife made and two small sweet potatoes.

Before bed I had some puffins peanut butter cereal (I know lol but I needed more carbs) and also drank a carton of 10 egg whites with one scoop natty peanut butter in it.

I have not been doing cardio as I normally do because I want to add more mass but I think I'll incorporate 20-30min low intensity post workout. I need to keep my cardiovascular health and ability good for work so I feel like I'm cheating myself not doing any.



if you can walk out of the gym you did not have a good leg day ;)
 
Thanks for following guys, hit arms Thursday because wed I had a busy 24hr shift and was up most of the night. Got a great night sleep Thursday night and crushed chest with my brother.

Lots of slow concentration time under tension and I even brought my bands for some nice resistance on the flat bench.

Strength is increasing nicely and I've been able to add in 1-2 extra clean meals a day with no noted difference in body fat.

I'm really debating upping each to 100mg Everday soon, soo 700mg prop/700mg mast. We'll see how I feel by end of next week ;)
 
Quick update: I feel great! Weights are up in the gym, but more so my muscle hardness is really showing. I warm up with a resistance band and look like I just hit a whole workout, vascular as fuck lol. When I'm at work I get a million questions on how to "get more veins" it's pretty ammusing lol.

Another fun thing I'm adding in and it will be my first time ever experimenting with is peptides. Adding in Ipam and Mod-Grf 100mcg of each 3x a day everyday. Pinned 100mcg of each this morning and post workout, will be pinning them again tonight pre bed and keep this schedule up for 6months or so. If I feel its legit I'll add in 2iu of real pharm grade GH ( got 100 genotropin mini quicks for FREE from a friend who's kid doesn't need them anymore). So I think I'm gonna run the peps solo for a month or so then add the GH in 5/2 off so I can run the GH for 20weeks with the peptides. I think by that time I will also add tren back in at a low dose since it up-regulates IGF-1 and should be a fun synergistic cycle.

Diet wise I haven't missed a meal and have even added some meals in or an extra 10 egg whites at night when I feel like I'm starving. I also eat ice cream or cereal (cheerios) a few times a week later in the day to fill some cravings and have some sugars since I'm not really trying to be super lean, although the mast is keeping me hard and I doubt I've added any body fat so soon.

Stay tuned, hoping to transform some more this year and will probably piggy back all my updates off this log.
 
Quick bed time back shot, no pump just post teeth brushing and final meal off 6 egg whites 2 whole eggs tonight, needed a little snacky snack ;)

Currently on 750mg of test now, but I was beginning to think the tren was bunk but today is day 6 and needless to say that it's in full effect now. In fact I think this ace is better than my original sources tren.

Glad to see someone else can confirm I am right.

Yeah mine was all good to go and shipping, customer support and communication was all really good.
 
I have actually private messages the guy a few times on social media and he has always responded within the day.

Wasn't too sure about dosage and tbh couldn't find any reviews on these people anywhere so I was skeptical but I def could tell today when I was lifting I got that almost "debilitating pump" you get when you know your on tren.

Took 100mg last Monday and been taking 75mg ED since.

As for this prop from them I am not too sure. Was yours a slightly less dark yellow color than the tren, like typical props?
