Started my T3/Clen cycle

I'm on day 3 of my I T3 and Clen cycle. I'm doing 35 minutes of cardio 5-6 days a week and my cal. intake is below normal. I'm lifting three days a week as well. What I'm wondering is this, I'm in college and am doing a lot of writing every day and the shaking already on day three is making it a little hard to write, but barable. Now when I'm in the middle of week two and starting week three, I have a feeling it's gonna be pretty crazy, anything I can take to help the shakes go down a bit? I heard pottassium worked somewhat.

thats what i was thinking, i don't have the best advice because i've never done either but i've been researching it for a while , anyway i would run the T-3 in a no pyramind fashion - what are the mcg's? I'm thinking run 80 mgs a day but you will only have enough for around 24 day.. I wouldn't use the clen at all that stuff is really bad for your heart, i know two pro's that strongly suggest staying away from it.. get some ephedra its still out there..

If you can figure out how to do a search then to one - i had a thread going last week on this same subject chip bronson can help ya on this.. i will see if i can bump it up fo ya..
 
Are you using any type of anabolics? You should not run T3 without atleast a minimal amount of test. T3 does not discriminate between fat and muscle. It will eat just as much muscle as fat.

That what I was thinking.... i always run some test (250-750) with a T3 Clen cycle
 
I have found that pyramiding the clen for two weeks on, then two off is effective. Looks like you are going that route. Since clen is one of the things in our arsenal that you can "feel", go by feel. Don't up your dose because your dealer said to...listen to your body. If you are getting a slight basil temp increase and you can feel the tremors, there isn't a need to up your dose just because. Use that dose until the effects subside a little. You might end up saving yourself money (and health concerns) in the mid term.

Okay - since you are a college boy, you might be able to relate to this one a little better...say you roll on over to the Kappa Alpha's house (or some other sorority house) - they are serving their pink madness. (I know, who doesn't love a big whiff of the pink madness...uh hum, anyways) .Two cups gets you wasted and you hook up with this really cute, but kind of chubby girl. (You have heard the one about a mo-ped and a fat chick, right?).

OH, but wait - it's a two day party and you find your self back there the next day looking for that chubby chick who ended up with your drawers. You figure, two drinks got me some like THAT, three drinks should get me even more, right? Yes and no...you could end up with a 250 pounder instead of the 150 pounder from the night before.

Moral? Go on effective doses, but fashion it after a familiar dose scheme.

Alright guys, my last question is this: Given the cycle I'm doing, as of right now, day 4, I haven't seen much of any results so far. I'm doing 35 minutes of cardio 5 days a week and mild weight training (low weight high rep), my cal. intake is around 2000 maybe less at times, and carbs are at about 50 ED. My meals are looking like this:

1st: Special K with 1% milk
2nd: Something up on campus, today it was pork loin and corn
3rd: Usually a turkey wrap or something like that
4th: Chicken, steak, some sort of meat
5th: Protien shake

When do you think I should really start seeing results?

Ha, I figured that, just wondering with my diet and workout plan, if my goal of losing 20lbs at the end of the cycle is attainable? Thanks for the reply!
