Started PCT 3 weeks ago, diet has gone to shit..?

Hi guys,

Pretty self explanatory, so I started PCT about 3 weeks ago (I feel as though this may be a contributing factor), and as of the beginning of last week my appetite is just non existent... Last week I was quite happy to eat 2 meals a day of moderate portions, really unlike me! I graze all day usually...But last week I didn't even feel hungry. I don't know if its in my head or what...

Yesterday I spent a while food prepping so I have 4 boxes of chicken breast, veg and rice at work... just got my 3rd meal in me, and have 2 more meals to eat over the next 3 hours.

I had to split the 1st box as I had a feeling I wouldn't be able to eat it all. What gives? I had it at 9am and 11am... to then start my "2nd" meal at half 12.
I spent a lot of last year force feeding myself and my body finally adapted so I could really get my food in, it feels as though my body just had enough of it and is fighting back or something now.

I am on track with my meals today, but I really have had to force them... I have never had the sweats from 2 bits of fucking chicken.

If anyone has experienced this I would really appreciate your insight/advice on what to do, all I can think of currently is to keep forcing myself (eating with purpose), and hope I snap out of it.

I've been there. Change it up and go to Arby's for a half pound roast beef sandwich or go to Schlotzsky's and get an original. Both have tons of meat, tons of protein and are easy to get down. Also grab a bag of shrimp and broil those up.
There are times in life that I can't eat another bite of chicken, that's when I know it's time to change it up!

I seem to be ok today (so far),
Woke up too late to get a shake in but my 9am breakfast was Steak, Pasta and peppers in a thick double cream sauce lol.
4 meals of that during my working day, gym and hopefully a decent post workout meal.

I think my week off gym is what fueled my shit appetite, I went gym Monday and seemed to snap out of it! next meal in 8 minutes... actually not hungry, but lets find out how it goes lol.

by the way, agreed, drinking calories ftw.

This is why guys lose so much mass post cycle.

Doesn't matter how you feel - keep eating, keep training hard. Don't let the pct blues get you.

You're already going to lose mass because of the drop in hormones, don't add to eat by eating a ton less calories because you "don't feel like eating".

Its mind over matter....

I agree, this was my 1st cycle ever, so 1st time experiencing the "come down", it is difficult but I have stuck to my powerlifting this week, last week as mentioned I took off.

Diet is getting back to normal actually thankfully, not 100% but I am still getting the food in.

Lets see what the next few weeks have in store for me.
