Started with TRT….and now we’re here

40 y/o male, been on 120mg a week for 3 months after consulting with a modern urologist. Just upped to 140 a week.

Overall picture - down 50-60lbs of fat over the last two years. Meal prep, clean eating, weight lifting 5-6 days a week, winter months supplemented with hockey officiating.

Decided to get test checked because, why not? Not super low but free test was not great. Since starting, definitely noticing more muscle gains and still shedding fat as I’m becoming more vascular. But, looking for other ways to enhance. Hard part is deciding what’s next. Been debating cjc/ipa, tirz, hgh or some combo. Goals are to continue losing fat and building muscle. Cheers to research and eventually making a decision.

You had it right in your initial thoughts. Next steps are Tirz and GH. That plus testosterone is the Holy trinity of PEDs. You could literally transform your physique on those compounds and stay there forever in reality. But you sound a little like me and you will likely want to explore further eventually. When that time comes you can easily add in individual anabolics one at a time and assess each as you run them to get a feel for your favorite compounds. You are on the right path already. Good job and have fun.

Test/Tirz/GH = nectar of the gods of yolk. Anything extra is just icing on the cake.

Down 60 pounds of fat, how much more you got to go? What's your estimated BF? (can you see abs?)

Maybe worth considering building muscle at this point, unless you still have a lot of fat to lose.

Give me your best guess. This is over 2 years. I’m 6’ 3”.
