Does everyone dose HGH by the presumed IU’s in a kit, or by the results. Often I see HGH kits test 10-20% higher IU than the stated target.

My kits are 11.7 IU (tested). So 1/5 of that kit would actually be 2.3iu vs 2iu

It really comes down to preference. I typically go by test results especially when they are higher than advertised. Ultimately my dose is adjusted by testing my igf-1 though. Testing often and buying sufficient quantities of the same batch of hgh will help with consistency and keep you close to your target igf-1.

I target a z score of 3 and that is exactly where my last test landed.

Go by the tested IU, the stated IU is completely meaningless after it's been tested. Ideally you have some vial variance (more than 1 vial tested). I usually round down to the nearest IU so that I have a high degree of confidence I'm not underdosing.
