Starting the 5x5 workout next week have a Question for vets

OK im starting the 5x5 workout this week....ive never done full body workouts frequently but after reading alot, it sounds great for building a solid base......Im currently 6'5" about 225lbs and not to much fat......And i plan on following the program as John Smith has laid it out in the stickies.........Anyways my question is: Should i incorporate some bicep and tricep work into these days...or will the rows and deads and bench hit them enough???

a few sets of bis and tris wont hurt you. just be sure to start a little light, you shouldnt be missing reps the first couple of weeks, you should be able to move the weight up steadily on everything for about the first 3 weeks. much better to underestimate what you can do at first than overestimate. if you underestimate, youll just hit personal record weights a week or two late, no big deal, if you overestimate to start, you will not be successfull. good luck!
