Starting TRT

Also please show me the literature where it states a bilateral varicocele directly and indescimatley affects serum Testosterone production.... which you seem to have no blood-work to confirm. Remember my statement about a torsion.. along the same lines. If that were the case you would most likely only see a seminal concentration reduction...wrong pipe my friend. Someone else correct me if I'm wrong as it's been some time ago I brushed upon this particular conundrum.

No I didn't say thanks to you guys, I said thanks to d ballin because he's the only one giving me advice, yes I probably won't get a blood test but that doesn't mean I don't appreciate his input. You guys are just attacking me because you think I just want to be on steroids when that's not the case,

Incorrect- I have never stated you just want to "Jump on" \
Your ignorance is what irks me.
I gave you very sound advise. How do you hope to solve a problem when you have not confirmed the root cause? You can't, you just stumble around blind. Get bloodwork and work with a professional.
Clomid, HCG only, vitamins.. I have seen all these raise 200-300 and on rare occasions even more on Serum totals. Start there before plunging head first into something you can't come back from.
Also can you not comprehend how offensive it is to ask for advise from others.. then when it is given to you, you turn from it and say "Thanks but I'm probably not going to do that" What the Fuck did you come here for anyways then. You want an endorsement???
Go back to your Daddy where you already have it.

dude - i legit am sorry for jumping down ya throat, i just found the stupidity of what you were saying mind blowing - my bad..

real talk though, don't just assume its low T.. you need to actually be tested first. Don't fuck up your shit forever off an assumption, that is really retarded and foolish.

And if that's truly the case.....Go get a very small surgery (outpatient I believe) and get the correct fix, rather than jump on TRT you fucking idiot.
It is easily repairable.

Dr. Jim already recommended that you 1) should look into surgery instead of trt 2) look into other treatments rather than trt.

I believe you have some issues but I agree you should exhaust all options before starting hormone therapy. If your last and only option is trt, then it should be under the supervision of a doctor and not self-medicating. A start to all of this is getting blood work and reviewing with a doctor.

Even though you do have some issues going on, I do believe you have gotten the itch for AAS with dreams of getting swole. The reason people here are skeptical is because of the lack of effort that has gone into finding out through testing what is going on.

People here get upset about young people going on AAS because they don't understand how serious these substances are. It isn't like trying a street drug, deciding you don't like it and just stop. There are serious consequences and risks in going down this path.

If you came here and said I'm 19, I've exhausted all of my options and now my doctor has recommended trt, I'm sure they would be happy to support you. Instead you haven't even done blood work and are buying from UG.

Whatever you decide to do, be safe and really think things though.
