Staying sain during a cutt

What are something you guys do, drink, eat anything that keeps you on track
I’m currently on a cut and in between meals I’m so fucking hungry it’s insane I just been drinking water and black coffee trying to suppress my Appetite

Diet soda and zero calorie water flavors. I also like to keep a lot of chicken pre cooked and whenever I get hungry I snack on it.
 
Last night I couldn’t take it anymore so I hard boiled 3 eggs chopped up the egg whites handful of spinach and carrots added mustard and reds hot sauce filled me up pretty good and just went to sleep haha
 
Today’s strategy I’m literally gonna split every meal in half and just eat every hour example my breakfasts 8eggs half cup oats after my fasted cardio I’ll eat 4eggs 1/4cup oats then wait another hour then 2-3hpurs and move on to my next meal I’ll see how it goes
 
Try volumizing you’re current meals with fibrous veggies. For example if your have 6oz chicken breast and 150g rice.. add 150g of raw spinach and make a salad with with chicken rice spinach and sriracha. I like to rip up the spinach into small pieces. It’s a mountain.

You’re breakfast is a decent sized meal though? You should be able to make it 2 hours after that.

Also staying busy and diet sodas help
 
Update: Been adding half cup of mushrooms to all meals and drinking 2 32oz of water before and after each meal seems to be helping
 
Picture minutes after last meal 6oz beef 1 while avocado 1cup broccoli 1/2cup shrooms 32oz water probably be up 3-4 times to piss tonight but feeling lean

Thanks man honestly idk this is the leanest I’ve ever been due to lack of determination and discipline so kinda wanna see how far I can push it I’m not getting ready for a show or anything just for my self figure if I could lean out a lot just for self satisfaction I could see what body parts need work maybe bulk for a year or two then say fuck it and do a contest just for self satisfaction
