A Greeley doctor who was arrested last year on charges of sexually assaulting two patients will be sentenced early next year after a plea agreement was reached.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=-1]Dr. Kelly Wade Tucker, 48, reached a disposition and vacated his trial earlier this year. Thursday at a disposition hearing, he was scheduled for sentencing on Feb. 5, 2009, on one charge of illegal sexual contact.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=-1]Tucker also is awaiting his penalties in a federal investigation of dispensing steroid drugs.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=-1]The federal investigation stems from an illegal steroid ring that implicated Tucker and two other Greeley doctors. In January, Dr. Scott Corliss, a physician with the Greeley Medical Clinic, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Alabama to dispensing illegal steroids.[/SIZE]
