I personally know a woman that just got finished with a Pharmacom var cycle. She took 10mg per day for 7 weeks and made very solid, lean gains the last few weeks. I think a 10 weeks cycle would be ideal at that dosage, from her experience. I wouldn't order var from anywhere else if I were a woman. That's just my opinion...

my wife 5'7 135ish is on her 4th or 5th cycle of pharmacom Var and she is still loving it. she always does just 5mg split twice a day. a friend on another boards wife 165lbs dont know her height runs it 10mg twice a day but she trains more for strength which she has increased with no weight gain. my wife has ran var from another quality source 10mg but we have been sticking with pharmacomstore for the past year

Thanks for the input! I'm 5'7 160. Was hoping to lean out and progress some pull ups squat/DL/bench and make my abs pop while eating at a slight deficit of a pretty 'clean' diet. Don't know if it works that way haha but I will find out.

^ I won't be using pharmacom for that reason the test was pretty good... Didn't like the Tren... But I can't put off wait times like that especially when prepping for shows

Unfortunately some of those 1% customers are on strict regimens/protocols and they always change... Gear is always added or removed so a flexible source with 100% availability 24/7 is needed. Not all sources can achieve this of course so we have to branch out and find those who offer quality and consistent products

my wife is a hard gainer could never get over 130lbs natural but i will say besides the lean gains and strength increase her ass has plumped up real nice. she is one that has nothing but positive results with var she is 39 started lifting heavy 5 years ago before that just cardio. before var she could only do 3 real pull ups now usually does 5 sets of 6 but can hit 8

If it were that easy all the time I would I don't wanna order 10+ vials of every compound and only use half of it. If your doing a simple mass cycle etc that's different but pre contest you need a variety of things depending on how your body is looking
