Lol ive seen more specifics then this on other threads btw i am only 16. How are the dates specifics? I see ppl post all the time saying this date ordered this date recieved lol stop it you guys. Im 16 been lifting 6 years at my maximum limits i need this to break through my plateau cmon guys dont be like this towards a young bodybuilder in training wheres the support?
