Well I figured I would give my review of my last order. This was my second order with Darius. Do to shipping issues with the 1st order I was offered a discount for this order. I had planned on going through the factory location so that I could use the price comp at CONSIDERABLY lower prices. However after speaking with Darius's associate, and being told that the factory location doesn't offer a reship policy if the package is seized, and the offered discount wouldn't apply, I decided to go through the warehouse location at the higher rates. From the time of payment, to the day it arrived took 13 days. I had ordered 8 vials, and only received 3. Upon contacting Darius's associate, I was informed that there was a stock problem and only 3 were sent from the warehouse, and the remainder of my order was being sent from the factory. From the time of payment to the time of delivery of the second package, it took 40 days. (nearly 6 weeks) I had decided to pay the higher rates going through the warehouse to ensure the delivery, yet 2/3 of my order was shipped from the factory anyways.

Actually refreshing to see an honest detailed account of your experience. I'm having a similar experience. I looked at both Basicstero and Pharmacomstore and chose Pharmacom store for their quick T/A times and exemplary customer service. I didn't mind the extra $30 for a 5-11 day shipping time. For the most part their products seem to be properly dosed. With the exception of some under-dosed Anadrol and some over-dosed Test-E. I placed an order through their website. After they finally located and accepted my Bitcoin payment, I was told that the product I wanted was out of stock and that I could wait 2-3 weeks and receive it from their factory in Asia. Had I known this before sending payment I would have used another UGL or saved on the $30 "premium" shipping charge and ordered through Basicstero. It's been a month and I haven't received my shipment. Not the 2-3 weeks as advertised. It's currently stuck in customs with no way of expediting the process. I understand they have no control over shipping, but I would not have ordered through their factory in Asia had payment not already been sent. I was given the option to choose another product that was in stock, but I wasn't about to give them more money at that point, nor was I willing to wait another week for a bitcoin transfer to go through. I'm sure I'll eventually receive my product, but I'll be using a domestic UGL going forward.
 
So question @Darius PharmacomStore why are customers not being informed of out of stock products and having paid the extra $30. IMO you should be doing your do diligence.

honestly dude i agree 100% , i have to say i appreciate the email responses and the good products , but the merchandising, shipping and stocking is a bit ridiculous, if something isnt in stock the customer should be notified before ordering , i not only waited 2 months , but i paid very premium pricing because i was expecting my product much faster. Instead i received product from china i couldve ordered for 25% cheaper and expected the same wait.

I honestly thought I was the only one having issues. I've only seen glowing reviews of Pharmacom and Darius which is why I decided to order from him. I'm not trying to bash, I just think people should have as much information and the clearest possible picture of what to expect when choosing an UGL.
 
I don't typically air my dirty laundry, but I will say I'm going through the same issues. They did say I get 30% off my next order, but it isn't about getting a discount. Who gave them permission to just send all my information to another warehouse? Why didn't someone from Pharmacomstore make Meso brothers aware of the "Stock Problems?" Who gave Pharmacomstore permission to just send my information to another country? If I wanted cheaper prices, or to order from the factory, I would have done that myself. And it's the same reason I ordered from Pharmacomstore and Darius, he told me this:

Hello Sir!
You paid this prices because PharmacomStore offers premium services with a shipping success rate of 100% since 2011 and a different customer service.
Price match can be offered, but before you place the order and shipped under the same circumstances.

Premium warehouse is restocked ... hopefully the supply will last for several days, demand is huge from there and things ran out fast.
I tried to do my best for the orders that were redirected to our factory ... discount coupons up to 25-30% were offered plus all orders shipped form there had extra 50$-100$ samples added.
If there is something more that I can do to compensate your inconvenience please let me know.
If my premium warehouse is out of stock you can always order with confidence from my colleague Frank, from his domestic warehouse, ETA is only 2-3 days.

Sir, we're never out of stock of products, we ship from the factory since 2008. It's just a different transit depending on the departure place.
Anyway, you're absolutely right, we will soon implement a stock update status on the website for all warehouse in order to avoid similar problems to occur, delays and such.

30$ shipping cost is my standard shipping cost since 2010 for all warehouse, so all customers pay the same. It's the same price if you want your order to be shipped with stealth or not and the same price if you request your order to be divided in 3 separate packages.

All critics are well deserved and thank you all for the suggestions too. I promise serious improvements at this compartment soon.

Dear Sir, the main warehouse is active long before our premium warehouse opened and it's where our headquarters are located, so I can assure that changing information between the 2 places is done since 2011 with great success, discretion and encryption.

I wasn't offered any discounts and I have only been receiving emails from Vladimir, not you or Frank. Also, what's the point of "added" products if we never receive the products?? And because I have yet to receive my order, I can't comment on what you may have "added".

I'm starting to suspect that all these glowing reviews might not be the real thing.

Edit-I ordered Mix6. Vladimir told me it won't be in stock for another month.

So is it in stock or not? And if it is, I'm sure your 5-11 day shipping will beat however long my package gets stuck in customs for.

You're right Sir, we're in this business since 2008 but there is always the possibility to transform ourselves into scammers so make sure to stay vigilant. Especially when reviews may not be the real thing and they can easily be bought or faked.

You in southwest? If so, I can almost guarantee your package was seized. I have not had my last 3 orders make it through. Well over 1500 in merchandise

Its kinda the nature of the game. You can't really control customs. It not like you can dial up the custom agent and get them to pass the pack along. I feel your frustration. But luckily ive never had an issue with D or Pcom. I did get a split order one time and the split, from Asia had extra stuff. The wait isnt a big deal, I always order a cycle ahead of time so a 2 week delay doesn't have me pissed. Sorry you've had issues.
 
@darius Your missing our point. You told me you charge more for the fast shipping, great customer service and since 2008 you have 100% shipping. However, we were not happy with our customer service. We're now waiting an extra week because no one told us there was stock problems at the EU warehouse. Telling customers you have "stock problems" after they ordered and paid, means you knew you were out, but still took our money as if you weren't. Why did Pharmacomstore store not tell us there was "Stock problems" before they took our money?
