Its kinda the nature of the game. You can't really control customs. It not like you can dial up the custom agent and get them to pass the pack along. I feel your frustration. But luckily ive never had an issue with D or Pcom. I did get a split order one time and the split, from Asia had extra stuff. The wait isnt a big deal, I always order a cycle ahead of time so a 2 week delay doesn't have me pissed. Sorry you've had issues.
I totally get it. They can't control customs. But don't advertise a 2-3 week T/A and then ship 4-6 weeks. And be aware of your stock. I wouldn't have placed an order had I known it was coming from China. And I haven't been offered any discounts or extras like these other people posting here. The issue is stock, taking $$, and reviews. I only see glowing "got it sooner than expected" reviews on every board Darius is on. It's clearly not the case. There's nothing Darius or Pharmacom can do at this point.

By the way, I'm in SoCal.

Premium warehouse is restocked ... hopefully the supply will last for several days, demand is huge from there and things ran out fast.
I tried to do my best for the orders that were redirected to our factory ... discount coupons up to 25-30% were offered plus all orders shipped form there had extra 50$-100$ samples added.
If there is something more that I can do to compensate your inconvenience please let me know.
If my premium warehouse is out of stock you can always order with confidence from my colleague Frank, from his domestic warehouse, ETA is only 2-3 days.




Sir, we're never out of stock of products, we ship from the factory since 2008. It's just a different transit depending on the departure place.
Anyway, you're absolutely right, we will soon implement a stock update status on the website for all warehouse in order to avoid similar problems to occur, delays and such.

30$ shipping cost is my standard shipping cost since 2010 for all warehouse, so all customers pay the same. It's the same price if you want your order to be shipped with stealth or not and the same price if you request your order to be divided in 3 separate packages.

All critics are well deserved and thank you all for the suggestions too. I promise serious improvements at this compartment soon.



Dear Sir, the main warehouse is active long before our premium warehouse opened and it's where our headquarters are located, so I can assure that changing information between the 2 places is done since 2011 with great success, discretion and encryption.

I appreciate you taking the time to respond. I don't mean to be picky, but not all the orders had free products with them. I only received the remainder of my order. I do appreciate the offer of a future discount however. Again, I do not intend to make it sound as if I am complaining about the lack of free products. It is just an extra step you try to take to ensure customer satisfaction, although you do not have to do so. Just wanted to point out that not all packs received the free products as you believe.

@darius Your missing our point. You told me you charge more for the fast shipping, great customer service and since 2008 you have 100% shipping. However, we were not happy with our customer service. We're now waiting an extra week because no one told us there was stock problems at the EU warehouse. Telling customers you have "stock problems" after they ordered and paid, means you knew you were out, but still took our money as if you weren't. Why did Pharmacomstore store not tell us there was "Stock problems" before they took our money?

I asked to check my items were in stock before I paid as i needed them fast. After I paid, I got an email to say there were not in stock and it would be a few weeks! They took payment 2 weeks ago and Darius said I will get a tracking number today. There are still a few hours left in the day.
 
I at least got a tracking number. It seems to be in the USPS hands now, but still doesn't excuse not being up front with Meso and telling us all your having stock problems.

I ordered 2 weeks ago. I've waited all day for the tracking number which you said i'd have. I ordered despite cheaper resellers in my own country. Do I get a free box of var? :)

Money was received with a confirmation email, but still no tracking number. was informed that there was a delay due to a legal mater. Has this been fixed? I am wanting to place another order soon, but will not until all is cleared up.

Tracking codes were received Sir from our carrier, my colleagues should start typing them into customers accounts.

Dbol is plenty in stock Sir at all warehouses. Your package was already prepared and it should arrive to our carrier in a couple of hours.

Probably operation pangea that took place beginning of the month

We stop during Pangea every time .. did the same thing this year. Operation finished this weekend. We made no shipments from 14 to 18 June even if products were or not in stock. All shipments resumed today, most of the products in stock at all warehouses.
 
I appreciate the reply but is there any compensation for this?
1) I asked if it was in stock before I ordered as I needed it fast. Soon as my money was taken my order was sold out and delivery would be weeks.

2) it's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't got my tracking...

3) it was cheaper to get from a local official reseller but I chose you guys for the rep.

4) I asked for a refund and I was told I would get my tracking Monday which circumvented this. Nothing yet. 2 weeks to even ship the stuff is not usual and now its coming from China.

I would not like a next time discount or a product thrown in i won't use and have to throw away.

Sorry this sounds angry. Every email you guys send is polite and friendly but I've ordered locally and cheaper and I never get issues. You come across great. Is this an isolated incident with my order? It will likely takes other few weeks to arrive to make it over a month. I know sometimes things go wrong. Am I a product of sometimes things not going to plan?
 
I am pretty new to Meso, but one thing I have come to love about Meso, brothers stick together. What one brother gets, every brother should get who was inconvenienced. So, I was promised

Sorry fat fingered: I was given 30% on my next order and a free sample with this order. I agree, it's hard to get accepted on Meso to represent, Darius and his team are very nice, but I just feel they could save this hassle by telling everyone before it happens. Making a template to update stock is easy. I appreciate the discount and sample, I truly do. If I'm wrong, will a WKM tell me?
