Coinbase deleted my account which I only used for business with PCom. I don't know if this is just the start of something more, or if I was just unlucky? They stated I had violated their used policy.

Unfortunately coinbase has been known to delete accounts without warning...out of curiosity did you send your bitcoin payment directly from coinbase to pcom, or did you send from coinbase to a wallet of your own and then to pcom?
I would imagine that sending directly from coinbase could cause an issue.
