We aware of that... because our supplier of HGH vials and labels hasn't provided us with the necessary stock lately we have asked our main supplier of raw materials, which we have been working for more than 10 years, to package the raw HGH in vials of 10IU so we could ship it to the customers directly without them having to wait until we receive vials and labels so we could repack it with our brand logos.
I know it can be quite a shock when you receive the package but the HGH quality is the same... you don't have to worry about...

Could we hear from some Pharmacom people on this? I have yet to receive a reply from anyone, so I'm sitting here out $2k, six weeks after ordering. At this point, I just want a refund. Hopefully my oils are real, too, because this ordeal has me wondering

Well Liver the oils have always had a good rep but some have tested all over the charts as far as actual amounts vs stated amounts. Some really high some kinda low. But overall the oils have been legit. I am beginning to wonder about the whole operation now. Trust me when I say they fucked a few of us over good on this HGH. I am demanding full refund I won't use this shit nor should anyone be a test human for them.

I agree. I'm going for a refund, because the whole ordeal seems really sketchy now. It just looks like they're closing shop. Either way, it doesn't seem like a good outlook for a company that's been around for so long, with such a reputation

I used them exclusively for years man with great results oils always pulled good numbers etc but if this is how they treat long time loyal customers then yeah I'm out and I'm sure they will not make it right based on that bullshit lie of an excuse I got. Seems like they have lost their way as of late and have lost credibility also.
