i think the vague answer you received already is their solution and you won't be hearing much more hereafter.

Hope i'm wrong, but my gut tells me they feel that what they sent you was what you ordered, just in a different presentation (no labels or branded flip tops, etc.) and it's good enough for them to call it a done deal.

It appears this is no longer the way they do business. Now it's just buyer beware. Find a new source and warn others is all you can do now. I agree that it's better to talk privately with a source to fix a problem. I was on pharmacomstores website the other day and they were out of almost everything. Not sure what's up that. Also not a fan of orders being split into 3 or more packages automatically. BUT in their defense, all orders I have placed with them in the past have arrived professionally packed and with everything I ordered, albeit the shipping was very slow. Last order was over two months before I got it.

Due to a small glitch, instead of this new product being added SEPARATELY, and Pharmatropin be updated with an OUT OF STOCK status, it was added by mistake replacing the HGH product link from Pharmacom, therefore they were merged. It was a communication error between us and our programmer that would be fixed within several hours, when he starts work this week, Monday morning.

If you check the REVIEWS from PharmacomStore of the new Signani Pharma recently added you will see only reviews for PharmaTropin so if this was meant to be a premeditated action of ours, I think we would have handled it a bit differently and erase those ... just saying ...

Why some customers saw their Pharmatropin HGH replaced in their cart by the cheaper HGH from Signani Pharma? Was this a shameful scam attempt? or maybe a wretched action?

or maybe this has some logic for you ..

Because customers usually add the products to their cart hours or days before finally clicking the SUBMIT / CHECKOUT button and confirming the purchase, therefore the product appeared to be " switched " over night in their cart prior to finally submitting their order.


Now, even if this would have followed the delusional scenario some of you have described, we have an EXTREMELY permissive reshipping / refund policy. As long as you have ordered something and we can no longer temporary offer you that product, you are instantly entitled for a REFUND, it's written on our Terms .... so we don't really understand the hysteria some of you have.


Singani Pharma HGH??? I noticed my Pharmatropin order has now been changed to Singani HGH. What is this all about kids???? Never heard of this lab nor did I order it from Singani. Also its a lot cheaper than what I paid so just gonna keep the extra cash for yourselves and sent me something I did not order???

Bait and switch. That's pretty fucked up.

We get as much traffic and sales in a day as some sources get in a month, so having this much of exposure it would be foolish to think something like this would slip unnoticed.

They'll probably give you credit for the residual funds, but frankly, the whole amount should be on them. How hard is to contact a customer and let them know what they ordered isn't available and offer a few alternative options?

Totally agree with you Sir, and we have 10 years in biz where we have proved pretty prompt when it comes to fixing our glitches.
FULL REFUNDS or generous bonuses were always part of our policies.

For example 2 months ago we offered a massive compensation to our customers affected by delays ( approx. 800 customers) of 100$/200$ store credit coupons for some delivery delays of 20-25 days, which were still under our 30 days international delivery limit .. just an example on how we do business.

We have briefly explained above why the new product cause this misunderstanding, I hope it's clear now.

I wouldn't go for the credit, I'd want the cash. Store credit is bullshit

We aware of that... because our supplier of HGH vials and labels hasn't provided us with the necessary stock lately we have asked our main supplier of raw materials, which we have been working for more than 10 years, to package the raw HGH in vials of 10IU so we could ship it to the customers directly without them having to wait until we receive vials and labels so we could repack it with our brand logos.
I know it can be quite a shock when you receive the package but the HGH quality is the same... you don't have to worry about...

So then what was this?

we have a very competitive and professional customer service who answers all e-mails FAST ... we cannot offer the same service on all the 32 forums we are members of.

There is NO CUSTOMER ever who has lost money with us or to be deceived in some way, you have effectively thousands of threads in the past 10 years on all the major boards ... if you can show me one case of this nature I will accept all your above remarks.

I just got the exact same email as a couple others here, about how they couldn't label it and all. Very disappointing. I don't know what this stuff is and don't really trust it, especially considering that none of us were told in advance, like we were just supposed to get these unlabeled kits and business-as-usual. No compensation, no heads-up, no explanation until we went to them. It took six weeks to come in, and I don't have time to waste on these back-and-forths

Like I said, you tried to pull a fast one, people flipped out, and now you're scrambling to make things right.

My join date and order history have nothing to do with that.

Keep trying to smooth this over with your offers. You know full well there's no current testing for hGH so it's a hollow offer at best.
