Just got an email saying half my order isn’t coming NOW. It’s a tad late considering my order should be arriving today or tomorrow lol. They did give me store credit and then some. I’m still a bit disappointed but life will go on.

PharmacomStore is constantly expanding, especially now with the new multibrand and Pharma Store orientation, which requires more resources, warehouses and staff therefore we need to improve homogeneity among our team members.

Mistakes are always compensated, we want to remind the community that 6-8 weeks ago we had 2 big batches of orders delayed for more than 3 weeks, being kept on an US airport and we have offered massive compensation package to all affected, 100$/200$ store credit, even if total delivery time was less than 30 days, our maximum delivery period before reshipment / refund.
