Pretty sure this company has been compromised, at least their USA domestic operations have. They sent me yet again a 4th email from we-care@steroidify.info about this "survey" wanting me to yet again tell them if I've ordered from them in the past. The US govt is just looking to clean up busting anyone dumb enough to tell them they've ordered from this place.

Well, he's tracking everybody whether they respond or not and really wants them to respond. Will keep asking them to respond if they don't. And the only question is: did you order from us?

Gotta say it did worry me after getting the 3rd email asking that one question. Yeah, I’m really stupid enough to just reply saying “Oh yeah!!! I love buying illegal products!!”
After that email, which the wording alone about noticing that I hadn’t replied is suspect, your address went in the spam folder. Great marketing move..

Training Pro Tip: Intra-series load contrast
This method takes advantage of the post-activation empowerment of heavy lifting.
By doing a heavy lift at the beginning, you activate the nervous system and the neuromuscular junctions, recruiting more fibers.
If you immediately switch to hypertrophy work using the same movement pattern, you will keep the fibers active, getting more stimulation.
Two different weights are used in each series.
Start by placing 75% of your maximum on the bar, securing it with clips.
Then add an additional 10-15% weight to the other side of the locks (now 85-90% of the maximum is on the bar).
Doing so will make it easier to remove the weights quickly before starting the descending set.
Do a heavy rep (85-90%)
Quickly unload the extra weight. Ideally a partner does.
Perform as many repetitions as possible, with good technique and without cheating .
Reps should be between 7 and 10. If you do more than ten, increase the weight slightly.
