Hello friends.
We, like several other sources and boards, are under constant ddos attack. Sometimes these attacks are well over what we could call routine and a complex system of protection takes place. Part of it is automated and will ban some IP groups. Obviously, the attackers know this and attack us from IP groups where most of our customers are located.
A simple fix that works most times is cleaning your cookies and changing IP on your VPN to a different area or maybe a different country.
We apologize about this inconvenience but sometimes it's needed as these attacks can be brutal and we need the extra protection from a strong cloud service.

Pharmacom is definitely the most tested we have, but we're having a problem with that warehouse and don't know when the products will be in stock again.
I have not personally tried our other US options, but only hear good things about Pharmaqo and Ultima.

I finally got my first order today. I ordered everything I would need for a cycle. Because of the number of items the order was split into 2 shipments. I was very disappointed to find today that for some reason they sent the PCT products first. I was planning all last week to start the cycle today based on the estimated delivery date. I thought I would be getting the test today. It looks like the second shipment doesn’t have an estimated delivery date yet on USPS. I hope it won’t take a whole week again. I wish there was a way to choose which part of the order to have shipped first. I didn’t need the PCT until 12 weeks from now but I did need the test for this week. The warehouse with the PCT is on the other side of the country, and the one with the test is on my same side of the country. So it is really confusing why the pct would be shipped first. Other than that the communication and service was really good.

The warehouses operate independently. Some are severely under staffed right now because of the omicron strain, so a bit behind if compared with others. So, even if we sent the order info at the same time, they work based on their particular conditions.
Our warehouse employees don't really know anything about cycles or PCT or which products are taken first. They ship on a first come first serve basis also dependent on how the pandemic is affecting their own area.
