New to the board. I have made 2 orders from you guys, one in January 10 and one in January 16, none of the orders have arrived yet. I’m out here in asia (s korea) so I have used the international warehouse, am I worrying for no reason?

The first order has been 36 days without a tracking update it still says the items at the shippers warehouse.

The second order has been updating over the last week.

I didn’t know where to ask this question, thank you in advance.

It's important to know when the orders were shipped. I don't know which of the international warehouses you have used, but Chinese holidays have affected most of them.

Our policies haven't changed and you'll get reship/refund if packages don't arrive after 60 days of shipment date.

Right now everything you describe is considered normal and your orders are "en route".

Of course, you're more than welcome to use the "contact us" on our site and speak directly with my colleagues from customer service. They're in direct contact with the warehouses and will know more details.
