New to the board. I have made 2 orders from you guys, one in January 10 and one in January 16, none of the orders have arrived yet. I’m out here in asia (s korea) so I have used the international warehouse, am I worrying for no reason?

The first order has been 36 days without a tracking update it still says the items at the shippers warehouse.

The second order has been updating over the last week.

I didn’t know where to ask this question, thank you in advance.

Hello the first order was shipped on the 12th and second order was 16th. I read on eroids most people are getting their packages in 3-4 weeks so I was starting to become a bit worried as I’m going on 5+ weeks without shipping update on the first order.

International warehouse 5 on the first and 6 on the second.

It was for a good while. Now several parts of the business are very much chaotic due to what's happening in the world.

I'm not sure what's going on with that, since this is not part of what I do, but I probably can find out more info.
 
Placed an order 7 days ago. Said it shipped 4 days ago. Received it yesterday and only half of my order was even in here.

The status of my complete order says SHIPPED but that's clearly not the case.

If they were split due to different warehouses I would have liked to have been notified, either way the 2nd half of the order hasn't even been shipped yet and I don't have any kind of indication that it's even coming. Put up a ticket in the 'BLAZING FAST' Customer support center yesterday and still haven't heard from anybody.

The messaging center itself also looks fucked up and it isn't even showing my complete message so I hope the support on the other end can actually read it in it's entirety.

It's implied that packages coming from different warehouses are separate, that's why you pay shipping for each warehouse used on our site.

Put up a ticket in the 'BLAZING FAST' Customer support center yesterday and still haven't heard from anybody.

I don't think we ever claimed that our customer service was blazing fast. We normally reply in one business day, which is reasonable.

But if you think this will help, please PM me your order number and I can ask them.

I've used the Ultima line. Most have been good but a few came with leaky caps or weird vial stoppers that are morphed. I threw two of the leaky ones away but kept the morphed vial stopper to filter myself
