Are you doing kenalog injections? Could just be scar tissue regrowth each time.

No, but each subsequent time after the first, more breast tissue was removed. I’m also overly familiar with the pain and feeling of gyno growth vs just scar tissue. The last surgery removed some scar tissue but it was largely more breast tissue that was removed. I can feel a difference when I tweak anything in my hormone arsenal lol. That’s the main reason I know it’s not scar tissue growth over 2 years later now

I got gyno from nandrolone use and it came extra strong when I did 10 days of injectable superdrol.

I'd be very tempted to try nandrolone again, would you advice to never touch it again? I really fear it comes back.

I don't have trouble with other compounds, tren might flare it up a little bit.

If it’s a known cause of gyno for you, I’d stay away. Plenty of other options. And the way I see it, we’re using these drugs to look good, feel good, and perform better. Getting gyno is counterproductive to at least 2 out of 3 of those so if it’s avoidable, avoid it

Was yours caused by that also?

I perform well on npp or deca, if it weren't for gyno, that compound would be perfect for me hahaha. I'm stong af on it and not really watery.

Had it from puberty but I’m also just generally super sensitive. Anything above 300mg test aggravates it. I’ve tried 100mg NPP for a week and instant flare. I’ve come to terms that PEDs aren’t for me but I’m also content with my physique on simple 300mg test, 4-6iu gh, and <25mg anavar sprinkled in

If someone isn't gyno prone prior to AAS but only had gyno growth from failure to manage their hormones on AAS, would it be unlikely to come back after surgery if they stuck to low/non aromatizing compounds after?

My guess would be no. I have a few friends who had surgery.

I am not prone, it's just the 19nors that causes it to me even in the event that my estradiol was normal, I would develop gyno on nandrolone over 250mg per week.

For the life of me I could not figure out why I was getting Gyno again. (I had gyno surgery). Estrogen came back low from crushing it with an AI and primo.

I was running high dose npp 800mg and 150mg tren. Prolactin came back in normal range (13.5) Out of desperation I took 0.25mg caber even with my prolactin being at 13.5. Within 3 days the gyno is gone! I'm happy I figured it out but damn goes to show you can still get prolactin gyno even when in range.

Itching, burning sensation on/around your nipple. Pain/sensitivity to the touch. You’ll know for sure

Just stick with test and DHT's brother - don't risk it.

I don't think I need it, I just like it. Nandrolone is also very anabolic.

I usually run test/eq/anadrol so.

People tend to be very judgemental without even knowing the person behind it all.

I place very well in the superheavies and haven't used nandrolone since 2024 so. Anyhow.

Has anyone monitored their IGF whilst being on Ralox? I'm currently on a 6months cycle of 120mg ralox/day. I've pulled labs 3x now, tried Tesa, HGH 10iu and 13iu and all 3 IGFs came back at 90-130 ng/mL. At this point I have less IGF1 than a natty.

I'm thinking it's either the Ralox or the low E2 (Im keeping it at the bottom 10-15% of the range). I know Ralox does lower IGF..but maybe 20-30%..not by 3x (on paper).

I have Mast on the way which I'm considering switching out the Ralox for but I'm pretty sure it's nowhere comparable.

Unfortunately no baseline...

You’re overthinking things. If what you’re doing is working, keep doing it. Having your igf levels lowered on a test likely is having VERY little to no impact on your muscle building
