Steroids that have a positive effect on mental health!?

I'm a little guy compare to most here.

Bf maybe around 15%

I was upto 94kg in January and bf had shot up to 19%

Been on a recomp since then so it's hard to tell my weight with the muscle I've gained and fat I've lost, il need to check this week, ive been training at home these past months so haven't been around the gym. Need to buy decent home scales.

Like I mentioned I'm a smaller guy and by no means class myself as strong.

Bench 120kg
Squat 140kg
Dead 180kg

These were a while ago, I train at home now focused on hypertrophy and hiit with dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight so haven't hit any of the main lifts in quite some time.



It's eating in a surplus but also keeping it clean that gets me, I struggle to hit the macros keeping it totally clean so end up throwing some filth in there to up the kcal's

That's how I've always eaten as well 5 clean meals and usually some chocolate milk and some junk usually whatever my kid wants lol

During covid I used some plate loaded dumbells a kettle bell and a weight vest and got in decent shape doing full body dumbell circuits with emom kb swings and weight vest push-ups and jumping Jack's mountain climbers etc... on the off days, while you won't build mass with this it can definitely get you in shape

You're not small actually, given the height. Every inch from 6ft needs way more pounds to fill up that frame. Someone my weight at 5'10 would be monster, while I'm just athletic looking.

Reason being I talk about cruise dose (100-200mg) is that to my surprise, once I leveled off to 150mg sustanon, I was very surprised that I can hold that much muscle, I thought I needed atleast 250-300mg.

It's psychological thing nothing else, we as males just don't wanna see our numbers go down you know for example when you are natural and you know your strength will go down on a cut and you won't be able to bench all that weight, it hits the ego most. Same is here you think damn, I'm on ~500mg total steroids and now I go on 150mg testosterone solo? It must suck...

Given your stats, I'm willing to bet that if you don't lose your motivation, which you shouldn't really. You will not only maintain, but be able to progress although slower, but still make strength and muscle gains (idk your goals). If something doesn't work out on a cruise, look in to diet first. We here at meso need to talk more about diet side of things than just take X for X amount and see the automatic results.

People are too afraid to show that they need some help with diet and training regime and I get it most get flamed by some negative people who say irrelevant things like you need to learn to diet and train first before touching steroids and yes that is correct, however, there is always something to learn and back to basics approach works.

I've got a 30kg weight vest arriving tomorrow funnily enough, I ordered it mainly to add something extra to my leg work, looks like a great little addition for lunges and squats at home, not to mention the above exercises you mentioned.

My goal has always been to have a strong athletic physique, useable strength, speed and power.

Right now the goal is still to recomp, i lost muscle and gained fat over the covid lock downs, when the gyms opened again I jumped right back into my strength training and built a nice bit of my muscle back.

Then last June my daughter was born and things got so busy I basically did minimal to no training, diet also went to shit.

I got to the gym once a week at BEST, this went on for around 6 months until January, gained a load of fat back and lost some muscle again.

I eventually came to the realisation I can't make it to the gym 1 or 2 times a week nevermind the 5+ times a week like I used to, So I bought myself dumbells kettlebells etc and here I am home training, it's by no means the most efficient way I could be training having the limited equipment I do but its the only way I can consistently fit my training in right now while working full time and being a father.

I'm hopeful that another 8-9wks on the protocol I'm on will be sufficient enough to get me where I want to be, then I can drop down to a trt level and see how things go from there.

So guys I'm here writing this and I'm really struggling, mental health has taken a real bad turn, possibly the worst I've ever felt, im ruining relationships on the daily right now, not spoken to friends for weeks, massive argument with my family which probably will never heal now, I've left the family home where my daughter and girlfriend are because she doesn't understand what im going through, things are bad but no one understands and it seems to them like I'm just acting like a cunt, which I am but not intentionally in the way they think.

I'm almost positive the nandrolone is really fucking my head up this time, I will never be using 19nors again, my head can't handle them like it used to.

I have 4 weeks left on this nandrolone run and I'm trying my hardest to finish the blast but I honestly don't think I can take 4 more weeks of this.

I've read a lot lately that dht derivatives have the opposite effect and give people a good sense of wellbeing, I also know that dbol is meant to make people feel good but orals are out of the question for me.

So my question is this, what steroids have you guys ran that gave you a great sense of wellbeing? Basically the opposite of depression and anxiety, I've also heard masteron helps with wellbeing, if anyone can confirm this please let me know, your literally saving my life here.

Yes! Yes it is it the nand!

Why? Because the exact same thing happened to me with high nand/low test.

Worst cycle I ever ran and had to flip it up after 3 weeks.

Broken dick, horrible insomnia, feeling stimmed all the time, tired, depressed. It was pretty crap.

So what I done was switch it up and run 500mg of test and 350mg of nand.

So I went from high nand/low test to high test/low nand and it’s the best I’ve ever felt.

I’m recommend you do the same, add in 350mg of mast too! You’ll feel way better.

I’ve mental health issues too bro, recovering drug addict along with a lot of other things.

If you feel like crap on cycle there’s no point.
 
Dude, sorry your going through it. Gear isn't going to fix the issue. I agree with the above, there is probably some unresolved underlying issue. Gear isn't physh meds and I honestly haven't ever gotten a "sense of well being" from any type of steroid. I hope you find some relief, and nothing wrong with dropping the deca if you think it's what's causing the issue. Getting big isn't worth sacrificing relationships with family and friends. Just my .02 cents

Well… he’s running high nand/low test which is a fucking bullshit cycle to run.

Even Mother Theresa would feel like shit running this.

AAS do affect the mind, idc what anyone says.
 
A standard nhs gp in the UK is just gonna blame aas and probably tell me to come off everything and come back In 6 months, they may be able to put me onto a specialist tho, I tried to speak to the nhs about trt and the weren't interested said everything was in range even tho there range is crazy, I spoke to them about depression before aswell and they basically said everyone gets depressed sometimes we don't want to put everyone on meds and sent me on my way, il prob have to go private the nhs is great at saving your life in an emergency but not so great at any kind of investigation into anything or optimising anything.

Don’t tell the doctors anything. They’re useless bigots who will just call the cops.

Europe is a lot different to America, you can’t admit your taking illegal drugs to any public service worker.

Cut your steroid intake in half. I think the gains would be similar with less negative mental side effects. Then start looking into nootropics.
 
Pretty simple fix. Switch the nandrolone and test dosages. Nandrolone sucks, I used it once and think its garbage especially mentally. Running it higher than test is just asking for mental issues.

If you are 220 ripped and you go to 170 skinny bitch, no shit you are gonna feel depressed.. cmon guys, its not that complicated.. just use some common sense..

you go bankrupt.. feel depressed. a girl leaves you.. feel depressed. You win the lottery.. you gonna feel like a million bucks (well, obviously).
