Update on my complaint. I have received word from SF that my order was sent to the "shipper" on the 25th. So that is where it stands.
 
If someone steals from you do you expect a revealing self actualizing meeting once confronted, NOT!

Almost always they will deny such activity even occurred, was intentional, and from a "practical perspective", was an unavoidable as a means to an ends! This is the exactly what transpired in this instance.

Ah bro, we removed the genuine Sciroxx labels (with lot number, Mfg date and CODE) ALL of which provide verification the product being sold is legitimate, to SAVE YOU the threat of confiscation. (This is in spite of claims DOMESTIC distribution available AND our international passage rate thru customs approximate 99%, what a RUSE!

I am flabbergasted you would call for my dismissal.

You're right I was defensive, I have worked hard at this position, and it's nice to have my PM box flooded with positivity from the consumers I've helped, but that doesn't change the open way in which you've indicted my actions.

Well communication has been great and I Should have my package by the end of the week... I couldn't ask more for a source willing to work with new board members..

Now once I verify the Gear is good...

Goodness you have some of the worst communication skills on this board especially when being confronted and asked to explain the YOUR INTENTIONS or the MEANING of a particular statement!

Such as "Meso belongs to me", or this one, "you insinuate Karl would NEVER be OK with such a practice (selling unlabeled products)"!

So do tell WHAT DOES THAT STATEMENT MEAN EXACTLY? Oddly you post my entire rhetorical paragraph justifying your belief I said something I did NOT!

There is no reference to Karl throughout that entire post but YOU still contend I "insinuated" Karl was present, like an apparition on my mind. All this in spite of my earlier post which clarifies what Karl and I DID SAY!

Why and how your selective recall benefits SF is beyond reason. However rest assured my narratives are not lame garbage poised to placate some upstart company but based on and supported by known FACTS. Recall, since "you have only been here for two weeks" I'm gonna need FACTS since "I don't trust any noob AAS site".

In fact contrary to what you have said (again), on page 13 of this thread, after Karl forwarded his message acknowledging unlabeled products may be shipped in "very rare instances", I stated the event was an "indiscriminate occurrence" which I believed would be rectified to the "reasonable satisfaction of the consumers involved".

I also made it quite clear SF could/would benefit by such challenges!

Fortunately someone else parlayed and posted words of wisdom, rather than antagonize the situation further, by ensuring every reasonable effort was made to explain the error, accept responsibility and make amends for the oversight. However your prejudgical predisposition is/was apparent in your comments then and remain at present and is based on the errant belief I have some hidden ulterior motive or hidden agenda. (pgs 10-12). (No, it's not disguised at all, since I've made it perfectly clear I want to exorcise scammers or shysters from Meso completely)

Lastly, although I do appreciate the kind and generous offer, I do not accept gifts, freebies, pro-bono "try outs", AAS grants, etc because of the potential for a conflict of interest. Unfortunately, for many AAS companies the gifts provide a means to an ends and allows them to get the "foot in the door" of vets.

The end result often becomes a quid-pro-quo arrangement whereupon the "vet" is stuck with a variety of products with differing quality, yet which command similar promotion, advertisement or generic forum support. Welcome to a forum structure based on the Eroids model!

I am only responding in order to clarify my previous post. Obviously my piss poor communication skills kept you from understanding my meaning. Since you likened my sincere offer with the eroids model.

Or you have a selective reading problem.

I said place an order anonymously.

Deal with us anonymously.

Act like a noob and place an order.

Then post your experience, and I will personally refund you in any way you choose. Its a sincere offer and a way for you to gain insight into how we operate in a setting where we have no way of being selective.

It is a way for you to get a view of our company from a true perspective.

I am trying to be honest and open. Why not do this?

For some strange reason Dr. Jim seems more interested in attacking you personally than discussing the quality of the gear. I don't know why. Here are the pertinent facts to this thread as I see it:

1. All orders seem to be arriving with some having minor delays. No real problems reported.

2. A few comments have come from customers who have started to use the gear and all have been positive in regard to the quality.

I can't speak for others but as far as I'm concerned this is what matters and all the ridicule you are receiving for merely trying to defend your good practices is just a bunch of noise.

For instance can you locate any post on this thread which is a "personal attack", (one which is NOT directly or indirectly associated with the OP's dutiful obligations of employment as the SF Meso manager (my term)), NOPE!

However a "personal attack" should not be misconstruded as identical to functional criticism which I have levied against the OP. Those critiques were the consequence of statements of omission or commission on several occasions during this thread.
But no doubt, you have absolutely NO IDEA what the heck I'm referring to!

Perhaps you should read and over read the entire thread a couple times prior to passing judgement for or against either myself or the OP!
 
SMT, as another example of how misinformed and prejudical your comment was, can you locate any post ON MESO where I've been anything but supportive of Sciroxx gear, NOT!

If you really believe receiving unlabeled gear, (without first being notified to clarify why) is a bunch of NOISE, I can locate whatever brand name AAS you have in mind AND at very reasonable prices.

My 2ccs... my situation that occurred early with SF has been FULLY RECTIFIED! The rep and owner went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make my situation right.

Well communication has been great and I Should have my package by the end of the week... I couldn't ask more for a source willing to work with new board members..

Dealt with SF rep instead of the other guy I had been emailing with and got a quick reply. Order made it today :D

Well just got my gear. I am honestly very pleased package small and packed great. Exactly what I ordered. Got package in 9 days well worth the wait.

As far as I can tell all the evidence points to the contrary. Those who ordered earlier and started running their gear are reporting good results and no one has complained of not getting their gear. It might be better if we let the people who actually order and run the gear pass the judgment.

Let me assure you that you are in good hands with SF. Got my track number and will be receiving my pack very soon. They had a small issue but it has all been resolved. Everytime I've pm'd SF he's responded quickly and effectively. Be patient and let SF work his magic.

No complaining from me, I screwed up my order and SF went above and beyond to make things right. I have been tracking my payment and somewhat wondering about when it was going to be collected, but this makes sense.

Nice to see that you guys are putting out the effort, and being upfront about this issue. I hope you guys stand the test of time.

Just sent funds! Communication has been great. Other sources should take notes.
