SF has been great to me- the ubernoob. when i didnt know how to order SF stepped in and gently guided me, when i sent 15 (not really) emails trying to make sure my wife didnt accidently catch my package SF responded quickly and showed me it would go where i needed it to, when-after promising to leave him alone- i sent one more anxious email because i just couldnt help it guess what? SF was totally cool and responded quickly, professionally and without showing a hint of 'what the fuck is this guys problem?!?!'

After speaking with some others via PM I am sure the next trackers will come to me-or the package will land first. Considering the nature of this business I couldnt be put any more at ease than I have already....

Thanks to SF and to some of the newer members here for helping me though this difficult ordeal!

I think it's atrocious that in the AAS industry the above mentioned treatment is considered exemplary. It's simple customer service. Talk about an industry where it is easy to shine! Treat people like they're customers who pay your bills, like every business is supposed to....what a novel idea!!

Placed an order on the 9th... payment picked up on 15th... still nothing here. emailed for tracking - tracking number doesn't work. :eek:

As far as I can tell all the evidence points to the contrary. Those who ordered earlier and started running their gear are reporting good results and no one has complained of not getting their gear. It might be better if we let the people who actually order and run the gear pass the judgment.

Im waiting on a order to bro. Im not worried, StFx had to fix some things so orders got delayd a bit is what i was told. dont stress man.

We want your input, but as we previously stated in this thread. Why post up as if you have results, when you don't?

I would respectfully ask, that if you have a problem with something that's going on....PM me. Put me on the case and I will go to work for you. Watch how fast you get a track number or a response after you PM me.

But you could have taken money out of my pocket, by turning someone away with your original post, when I don't even know that there is a problem. If you post on the site, (where there is a comments section) that's not my issue. But meso belongs to me. (From a SF standpoint) And I have worked my ass off to provide good service and quick answers. I just don't understand why our shortcomings, which we apologized for and commented on already, need to be broadcast before they are even brought to our attention.

In my mind, its like asking for the manager at a restaurant, because something was wrong, without giving your waiter a chance to fix it first. I'm your waiter, the people on this forum are my boss(manager) and you just narced on me without ever giving me a chance to fix it for you, or letting me know there was a problem.

However, the admonishment of a member in the open forum lacks the very discretion your referencing!

Was not meant with an arrogant tone at all. Simply that I take ownership of the reviews that get posted here.Therefore I can't help but take the negative comments personally. I think this is a good thing, to have someone who takes a great deal of pride in their work. I can't wrap my head around how you could twist my words so egregiously. As I said previously you are too smart for that to be an honest mistake. You knew full well you were misquoting/twisting my words. I knew someone would do what you did when I wrote it. I thought about completely changing the wording, but I assumed (lazily) that a parenthetical clarification would suffice. I didn't expect such a response from you I must admit.

I feel like I slipped into an episode of the twilight zone. I understand Jim is revered here, and rightfully so. But the fact that someone could "like" his post blows my mind. He was 100% off base. He turned my attempt to claim responsibility into a conceited power-grab. Anyone with a brain who reads my post can see what I intended when I said meso belongs to me. I meant I am responsible for the complaints that come here....believe me its not a cushy job.
