I WU $$$$ to Steriodsfax over a week ago and was told in a couple of emails that they have not been able to collect my $$$ because they keeping reaching the daily limits set by WU. So I gave the weekend. I sent an email on Monday wanting a status and still no reply as of this evening.:mad:

I'm sorry for the delay, allow me to work on it for you. Several other members got tracking numbers today, and their packs will drop tomorrow. Are you sure you're sending the correct e-mail addy? Frequently we have customers who forget to add an "s" to the end of steroidSfax. I'm not trying to shift the blame, I have attempted to apologize profusely on the open forum, for our slow turn-around. Several packs were shipped BEFORE we received payment. Perhaps you are in that group. Once again, let me urge everyone...when you have a problem PM ME. I will have your issue resolved quickly....99% of the time.

Let me assure you that you are in good hands with SF. Got my track number and will be receiving my pack very soon. They had a small issue but it has all been resolved. Everytime I've pm'd SF he's responded quickly and effectively. Be patient and let SF work his magic.
 
Alright 15minutes...not my best work, but passable.

I am very sorry for the delay oldman. Your pack was forwarded to our shipper on the 25th. It should be packed/shipped/and on your doorstep no later than 10 days after this date. (7th) We expect, sooner.

I will keep you informed with shipping information once that becomes available to me. Again, I am sorry for the delay, it is something we hope to consistently be improving on. We won't be happy/satisfied until we can do 7day turnaround payment to doorstep.

Let me know if there is anything more I can do, it's why I'm here.

Just a note: Gentleman, you have a right to complain and give opinions. However, I would humbly request, that you allow me to fix the problem before bringing it to the open forum. Once everything is done, if you are still upset, by all means post away. But while your order is pending, what good does it do to post that you're not satisfied? Please give me a chance to make you smile before writing a post, which someone could read and be dissuaded from even attempting an order with us. I think it is clear by my behavior, and the language of my posts, that I genuinely care about your satisfaction, so give me a chance before blazing our company in the open.

(not that oldman blazed us, he didn't even come close, his post just somewhat alerted me to what someone else could potentially do)
 
Just got my tracking number for SF. Was a little nervous for a min.but this has been the easiest and fastest site I have ever ordered from. SF is the man. They are very fast to reply and very honest don't tell u just what u want to hear. Had a little trouble for a bit but gtg.. Will have my gear tomorrow. Will be ordering again friday. Thanks SF!

Man, look, I don't see anyone else on here matching your communication and service. I am not downing any other sources, just letting you know I appreciate what you're doing. If your product is as good as your responsiveness and candor, you rock. Period.
 
Again SF rocks if these guys keep doing what they r doing they will be around forever. Keep it real SF that's what its all about. I would recommend u to anyone.
 
SF has been great to me- the ubernoob. when i didnt know how to order SF stepped in and gently guided me, when i sent 15 (not really) emails trying to make sure my wife didnt accidently catch my package SF responded quickly and showed me it would go where i needed it to, when-after promising to leave him alone- i sent one more anxious email because i just couldnt help it guess what? SF was totally cool and responded quickly, professionally and without showing a hint of 'what the fuck is this guys problem?!?!'

After speaking with some others via PM I am sure the next trackers will come to me-or the package will land first. Considering the nature of this business I couldnt be put any more at ease than I have already....

Thanks to SF and to some of the newer members here for helping me though this difficult ordeal!
