Another day and still no package, or any reply back from SF. I keep asking for tracking numbers, but all I get is a hand job. Why is it so hard to get a tracking number SF? Noticed johnnyBALLZ had an incomplete order come through.

Well not all of it yet.. I'm still waiting on the aromasin.

No tracking #'s protects the supplier so you can continue to get AAS in the future. It's a good thing.

Then don't tell customers you'll provide them, & take it off your website. If expectations are set up front customers wouldn't expect to receive them. Looking at some of the previous post I wasn't the only one promised this.
 
bullyboss/Dtr2 you had a answer about your issues , i apologies that you didnt get your items missing , i have real pain to get a restock in aro (that is what made a mixing and blocked your orders guys)

I sent you each one of you a PM , accept my apologies and the "compensation'' i offered..

You and bullyboss are the only guys who been delayed , believe it or not if all customers (like you said) who ordered this last month(april)got a issues with us ,the steroids forum section would be flooded of threads about people complaints "
Of course when a transactions are succeeded,no one complaining and/or rarely post feedbacks in public ...But when something is going wrong , it always pop-up in forums within the minutes (even before to contact us to try arrange the issue) ..
i admit that a issue happened to you, dont generalize it please, im on it and doing my best to get this issues solved + compensation for apologies ..

Question, why do you continually tell the customer that its been mailed, when in reality its not even in stock? :rolleyes: I've been told from day 1 it was "In Stock", and now a month and a half later find out it "may" be in later this week. How can I trust now what you say is true when I've been fed a line of from the beginning?

If you ask if an item is "instock" it may be.

Then you make a payment.
That payment must received
Receiver communicates back to the source (via email)
Then emails must be dispatched to shipper.

The above process is usually 3-4 days. Before your item is sent to the shipper.

Others are placing orders this entire time as well.

Your item very well may have been in stock when you asked. It doesn't change the fact that the supplier has a responsibility to connect the customer with his goods in a reasonable time, or suffer losing that customer. There is no reason one can give to excuse 1month+.

However, I don't believe you were ever given the run around intentionally. When you ordered I was still working at SF, if someone asked us if items were in stock we didn't lie. You think sources WANT month long waits?

You understand the damage this does to a sources credibility? (Rightfully so)

To think a source was being deceitful in order to get the customer to order, and disregarding the fact that a significant delay was inevitable, just doesn't make sense. No source wants to make a single $100 sale at the cost of someone posting everyday about how they're order still hasn't landed.
 
I appreciate all of SF's help and resolve with my issue and I understand about the aro being on back stock it's cool I'll wait for it! Thank you SF!
 
^^^^ None taken. I'm just trying to get a straight answer from SF. Without a Rep it takes 3-4 to get a response, and then the question asked is not answered or is very vague.

I'm only doing as your video recommends, "After 35 days, then you start asking questions". :confused:

If I was in your place, I would be rightfully pissed off as well.
