I am new to this board, but have been watching it for awhile. I am new to the gear game as well, and after reading I decided to give SF a shot. The prices are a tad high, but I don't care because I received what I ordered. I probably won't use the products till this fall. So, I will report later on after I use them. I just wanted to share this, because everyone wants a legit source, and these guys will send you what you order. Of-course I can't say nothing about the quality of the product as I haven't used their products, and I'm new to this whole thing. So sorry I can't offer anything on that note.

Im new here and dont really belong to this forum. That being said, Im going to put in my 2 cents..... you can take it or leave it.

I placed a decent sized order from steroidsfax about two months ago and recieved my order within a week and a half. The deal was smooth and flawless. Communication was minimal on my end but yes.... steroidfax came through and responded quickly both times I reached out and communicated. I had product in hand within a week and a half. I give the deal an A+.

That being said I placed another larger order about a week ago. I sent a message along with the order stating.... "I am a repeat customer. My last purchase from you was smooth and hassle free. Thank you. Wondering what shipping time is like this days ?"

Ive been keeping tabs on this thread and to be honest the problems as of late have had me a little bit concerned about placing another order.

Well, I never got a response. Not a peep. So, I never dropped the money for the order.
I ended up purchasing from a different UGL today.

There are just to many options for me to do business with anybody that doesnt communicate they way they should when I am spending this much coin.

I know that message box that you're talking about. I don't know, I could see him not responding to that because I don't think alot of people use that feature when they're ordering. I probably would've sent an email instead before I ordered and waited to see how long it took for him to get back to me. But hey, it's your money and you didn't feel comfortable so that has to be respected. Your right, there are many good options out there at the moment.

i make sure all emails are responded within 12- 24hours, some email addresse like hushmail doesnt receive our reply, just shoot me your email addy in pm bro im gonna check what was the issues
