All domestic resellers are required to use sciroxx remailers. The remailers receive goods, they then repackage them, apply labels, and ship to the resellers customers. When a reseller has a delay on a pack, he must go to Karl who then goes to the remailer for answers. It is a redundant system and leads to the poor shipping times.
As far as what you said about conversing with K: Karl always says he JUST finished fixing the problem. He told me that he had hired an additional shipper on 3 or 4 occasions when I was working with him. So, after I passed this information to my customers, who then ordered expecting fast shipping, yet...no improvements were made! Never were any improvements made, many packs still land quickly as yours did, but sporadic, ridiculous waits do happen...and they will continue to happen, because the system is flawed. Furthermore, K likes to hire friends, or otherwise privileged people to re mail for him...which just compounds the issues because then the mailer feels untouchable.
I dont care what K told you about having a "warehouse" he said whatever he needed to in order to disarm you and soothe your apprehensions. I KNOW what led to slow shipping times......slow shippers.......guys that took 6 or 7 days to get orders put in the mail. Period. No other explanations needed.

Karl is a master at using ambiguity to confuse you from the point. As I said earlier his mission, is to remove your apprehension. From the looks of your post...mission accomplished for Karl eh?
No matter what numbers you send K would say theyre verified. lol. He never updates the database. But he knows its legit, because all the sites operate through him.
They're still fire. And still cause pretty good pip.

-the last customer who complained about delivery time was shamrockbear (1month ago) who gave us wrong payment informations , i cannot send a order without being paid, and i assume that everyone will understand this ...
-My shipper ship within 24hrs/48 hours once a order is paid , all last customers can confirm it..
When a item run out of stock, i contact always the client and ask for exchange the items in order to avoid any delays ...
I dont know what you have against karl, you talked to him through ''the support'' labs site according to what i understand , how can you pretend to know him personally ? you never had any direct contacts with him !!
you should show us the few emails you had between you and him(i figure not more than 5-6 mails) .. I m curious to see them, this way we could all decrypt ''the way he talked to you" ...
