LOL, unless it’s sweetened oats, it’s nasty AF! Throw a banana in that! It’s so bomb.com!!
I don’t know how anyone can do just whites. More power to you all!Egg whites are a good filler food for me before bed also. Not many calories but if I pound a dozen before bed I can fall asleep easier, something that always gets thrown off with a strict diet.
So when I'm trying to just maintain and eat healthy I eat them whole, especially due to cost. Eating 24 egg whites a day gets expensive at times, I spend way more money dieting than eating bigger and not as regimented
I usually throw one yolk in there, it's actually 11 whites plus 1 yolk to be exact. My trick...rotate through the condiments. I may eat A1 on them, when I'm sick of that I switch to black bean and corn salsa. Then I may switch to pineapple salsa, then it may be hot sauce. Then I may do ketchup, rinse and repeat as I get sick of the condiments. The sodium in the condiments is negligible to me since I'm not salting other foods during the day, and some sodium is definitely needed for pump, endurance, and nutrient absorption. It never hurt me a bit, I've slashed my bodyfat down to 5-7% time after time while using condiments on my egg whitesI don’t know how anyone can do just whites. More power to you all!

Yep, I scramble a dozen in the morning and a dozen at night when dieting, but only when strictly dieting. Here's another tip, use an empty water bottle to grab the yolks. Simply put the opening to the empty bottle over the yolks, squeeze empty bottle, pulls.yolks rt away from eggs and just deposit yolks down drain and go back t o grabbing more yolks with your empty bottle of water. Secret of the prosSo you’re cooking them? Scrambled?
I think you have a good point there.Definitely saves time that way, cooking a dozen at once can be a hassle.
I'm not as scientific as some people, but am fairly nutritionally educated. Bioavailability of protein probably isn't as big of a deal as we think. Kind of like anabolic windows, and only being able to absorb 30g protein per meal. Or I could be totally wrong, who knows .
Hit it with your purse. No seriously. Your purse is right there on the door. I can see it. Lol

Something about cooking the egg fully takes away from the protein from the yolk I believe. Looks like the best way to do a whole egg is pasteurized and thrown in your shake “raw” (after pasteurization) to get the full protein.I like hardboiled eggs flaked and blended into shake to make it filling. How good is this way?
Yeah, mine...Looks like you stole some bastard’s traps and added them to yours...
