Stopping Reta/tirz

Hi guys. I'm interested in losing about 30lbs and have been researching these weight loss peptides. I'm on TRT right now so I'm familiar with injections but I'm curious to hear from people that have used either of these peptides for a while then stopped. How long did you use? How do you feel now? Did you relapse? Do you feel like you need to continue running it?
Thanks guys.

Lots have used them myself included with success. However, it is very likley if you stop completely, the weight will start to come back on again.

You'll regain some weight, sure, but if you keep your diet on check you shouldn't regain anywhere near all of it. But it depends on your eating habits.

I'm currently starting tirz. I plan to use it for a 4 or 5 months slow cut, then stop. After stopping I expect to gain some weight, of course, but that's part of the plan, since I'll start bulking. I'll hop on tirz again once I'm satisfied with the bulk.

It really depends on the angle you’re coming from. Not everyone uses these strictly for weight loss. In most cases yes, but some of us use them to fix things like insulin resistance. That’s actually why I started.

I ran tirz for a little over a year and switched to reta a couple months ago. I don’t really have plans to stop because for me the upside is all positive and I don’t see meaningful downsides so far. Appetite control, glucose control, overall well-being all improved.

If your main goal is dropping 30 lbs, I’d start with tirz before reta. Tirz is much stronger when it comes to appetite suppression, which makes fat loss way easier. Reta is great too, but it’s not as aggressive on hunger for most people.

As for stopping and relapsing, that mostly comes down to habits. If nothing changes lifestyle-wise, weight can creep back. But if you use it as a tool while fixing diet and behavior, it’s a completely different outcome.
