Hoenstly ever since I started to stretch Its like night and day. Its absolutely amazing what it does for my lower back and hips.I keep telling myself I’m going to stretch lol. But it should be done after.

My lower back pain goes away 3 days into stretching. Espiecially when lifting hard. If i stop for 1 day it comes back. So staying with it, consistently, no pain.
