Strongest sleep introducing options

Yes Phenibut works but like you said; tolerance, dependence and withdrawal are huge risks. Even 4 nights a week I think is too much.

Phenibut, Gabapentin, Baclofen and Pregabalin all work on similar receptors so could help with sleep but Phenibut is probably the only one that also gives a bit of a high and Euphoria which makes it more likely to abuse.

Have you used phenibut?

If so....

Are its effects pretty noticeable?

I keep trying it and I literally cannot tell I've taken it. I've taken up to 2,500mg and just cant feel it at all.

I was expecting something like gaba or pergabelin or even kratom or kava where its like "yeah, I can tell I feel a little different"

I got it from (supposedly) a trusted vendor. Take it both on an empty stomach and after eating. Give it tons of time to kick in.
Just nothing....

They're pretty subtle. I only take it before bed and if I take 2g and wake up in the middle of the night I feel pretty dizzy. By the morning I don't feel anything but I am always in a happy mood, more energetic and sociable. It's definitely not a high or psychoactive though. More like having a single alcoholic drink.
