For women taking small doses of test and other hormones such as estrogen etc. Is the norm to take the shot in the butt or with an insulin pin in the belly. My wife gets shots weekly and says they're painful.Any feedback on this?

I think it's more of a preference. I prefer going IM with gear but subQ with GH

Also, if you go subQ, you also risk bruising and painful spots or lumps.

Small dose sub is fine. U may get little marble lumbs tho. I do from test subq.

The buttocks...upper right or left quadrant. Use a 1 inch 25G needle.
