Sudden muscle loss

Flaming Dragon, what you don't know about me you could just about squeeze into the grand canyon.

There's no need to be so arrogant.

Google around about training each body part twice a week with VERY HIGH intensity.

4 - 6 weeks is about it before you need to deload.

Add in a calorie deficit of at least 600 cals....

But hey what would I know...

Talking about arrogance! It's strong in this one!!

Come back when you've done over a year of lifting and "clean eating". You think you're the ONLY ONE IN THIS WORLD that train HARD/VERY HIGH intensity?????? Try over 10yrs and let me know! Dumb FUCK!! They know everything within 4 weeks of lifting!! Kids nowaday!!

Bahahaha...

Ive been lifting for about 20 years. Im simply trying some new things after a lay off.

What the f*** is it with some bodybuilders?

There is no pecking order here buddy, either be civil or get the f*** out of my thread.

The fatigue eventually sets in during PHAT and it's mentioned in the program. This is due to the volume/frequency, your body will eventually adapt. If you're not eating enough to compensate, you may have to make a change to your nutrition.

I started lifting about 4 weeks ago, being very strict with diet and lifting.

I was making good visible gains for the first 3 weeks but on the start of the fourth week I noticed I just started looking smaller. It's incredible how quick this happened - within a few days.

Shortly after this I started no wanting to train due to lack of energy and started niggling pain in knees and lower back and then I started getting a bit of insomnia. The weight also started dropping off a bit.

Does this sound like overtraining? If so what's the best way to overcome it?
