Suddenly stopping HGH

Hey Meso ,

Im currently on 5IU of HGH daily. But Im going on an extended (1month+) overseas trip soon where I wont be able to access it.

I read somewhere on this board that HGh secretion returns to normal 24 hours after stopping exogenous HGH. (in this thread)

1. Is there any side effects or withdrawal symptoms I should be concerned about when suddenly stopping HGH?
2. Should I bother to slowly lower the dosage to 0IU before my trip?

you could actually make a personal note, maybe even log it , what you feel/don't feel with "whatever" protocol you use as far as feelz reports go etcc,,,,,, when you come off the hgh for a month? Any intel on such is always good for knowing more about hgh etc ,,,, tia

lol I've dropped HGH out of nowhere so many times just because of CTS. Definitely not something you need to taper off

I taper down but with absolutely nothing behind it beyond thinking I’ll be slightly less bummed I’m not running hgh anymore. I like to hop off at 2iu because I feel less like I’m giving up super human recovery.

There could be some issues with dead stopping hgh depending on how long you’ve been on it.
I’d taper down just in case. You don’t wanna FK up your trip.

Never had issues dropping GH. I usually go from 8-10iu to none whether it be before a vacation or during prep before stage. I've tapered down from 10iu to 6iu to rid of water weight but never tapered down to 0iu.

I just reviewed a bunch of literature on this topic that supports that conclusion. a GH secretagogue might speed things up, but generally speaking 24 hours ain't so bad. That's roughly equivalent to a natty getting a bad night of sleep.

3-4 days for gh ratios to return so at least that long likely longer. u cant look to children with pituitary issues for "back to normal" as very close to nil is baseline.

secretalogue will further lengthen shut down suppressing ghrh for example. pituitary isn't testicles

No to both. There’s no rationale for tapering-down rhGH dose

I just went from 5iu to nothing three days ago. Definitely notice the difference in recovery. I'm hopping back on as soon as my pack comes though.
